Hollywood Baby Boom Continues: These Are the Celebrities Expecting & Welcoming Babies in 2021
Many of these celebrities are either becoming parents for the first time or adding to their brood. The lockdown has undoubtedly produced a lot of quarantine babies this year.
The list is endless, from music superstar Fantasia Barrino to fashion designer Tran France, actor Gal Gadot, reality star Safaree Samuels, and the royals Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.
These celebs have a lot to be grateful for after welcoming their newest additions into their families. Here are the stars who gave fans a glimpse into their special moments.

Fantasia Barrino & Kendall Taylor
R&B singer Fantasia Barrino and her husband Kendall Taylor welcomed their first child together, a baby girl named Keziah London Taylor, on May 23.
The proud mom took to social media and wrote: “Happy Birthday to our little Angel 5-23-21, and may God keep and cover you for the rest of your days."
The North Carolina native has two other children from previous relationships, and her spouse also has a child from an earlier relationship.
The pair have previously revealed that they struggled to conceive before welcoming their little girl. Barrino and Taylor tied the knot back in 2015 after dating for only three weeks.
Tan & Rob France
Meanwhile, British television personality Tan France celebrated the arrival of his first son named Ismail France on Instagram in August.
He and his husband, a Wyoming native, Rob France, welcomed their baby boy on July 10, only four months after they shared, they were expecting a baby via surrogate. “We love him so, so much/ Like fully obsessed," he wrote.
Gal Gadot & Yaron Varsano
“Wonder Woman” actress Gal Gadot gave birth to her third child, a daughter named Daniella. The 36-year-old and her husband Yaron Varsano welcomed their little angel in June.
The couple walked down the aisle back in 2008 and are also parents to two other daughters, nine-year-old Alma and Maya, aged four years old.
Safaree Samuels & Erica Mena
Reality stars Safaree Samuels and Erica Mena became parents for the second time together as Samuels announced the good news on June 29.
“MR Straittt jr is here!!” he captioned his post on Instagram, referencing his 2020 album “Straittt.” However, he did not share the baby’s name.
He posted another picture on the platform holding his newborn and joked: "Another me…that's all the world needed." The rapper and Mena are also parents to daughter Safire, who was born in February 2020.
Meghan Markle & Prince Harry
The Sussexes welcomed their second child, daughter Lilibet "Lili" Diana Mountbatten-Windsor, on June 4 and named their baby girl after her great-grandmother and late grandmother.
They released a statement on their Archewell website writing: “She is more than we could ever imagine, and we remain grateful for the love and prayers we’ve felt from across the globe.” Lili joins her older sibling, Archie.
Star's Expecting Babies
Meanwhile, other stars announced they are expecting this year, from model Lindsay Ellingson to musician and businessman Usher.
Victoria’s Secret supermodel Lindsay Ellingson revealed on August 14 via Instagram that “our family is growing,” she captioned her post alongside a photo of her and her husband, Sean Clayton.
Ellingson continued: “Can’t believe we are halfway to baby No.2. Carter has no clue, but I know he will be such a sweet and loving big brother. Feeling so blessed for our healthy babies.”
Singer-songwriter Usher is expecting his second child with girlfriend Jennifer Goicoechea, a record executive. She posted a picture of herself showing her apparent pregnant tummy with her love at the iHeartRadio Music Awards.
Being optimistic about her unborn child's future, she captioned her humorous post: “‘Another One’ in my @djkhaled voice,” adding, “This kid is already ready for the studio!”
