Jennifer Lopez’s Ex Alex Rodriguez Calls Daughters Natasha and Ella ‘Best Part of Me’ in New Photo

Alex Rodriguez, who recently saw his relationship with pop singer Jennifer Lopez come to an abrupt end, has praised his daughters Natasha and Ella, calling them "the best part" of him.

A-Rod accompanied the statement with a very sweet photo in which the three can be seen hugging in their driveway, with the girls wearing comfortable pajamas.

According to the former professional baseball player, he and his girls are currently focused on looking on the bright side of life, adding that they are in a "great place."

NO REGRETS

The 46-year-old, who shares Natasha, 16, and Ella, 13, with ex-wife Cynthia Scurtis, claimed he had "five years of an incredible life and partnership" with Lopez and his daughters.

Rodriguez said that they all learned from all those years spent as a blended family, since Lopez's children, Emme Maribel and Maximilian David, were also in the picture.

POSITIVE AND HOPEFUL

The proud father stated that they are now looking into the future and wondering what they can do to make sure it is even brighter than the past:

"We have the opportunity to take that and move forward and say, 'You know what? We're so grateful for the last five years, how do we make the next five years better because of lessons learned?'

A-Rod showed his appreciation for God's guidance and revealed that he is looking forward to seeing his beautiful daughters continue to grow up and develop.

Lopez rekindled her relationship with ex-boyfriend, Ben Affleck.

AFFLECK BACK IN THE GAME

Rodriguez and Lopez split back in April after releasing a joint statement announcing the end of their engagement, and it has been reported that Lopez was the one who decided to call it quits.

It is believed that the 51-year-old singer insisted on the breakup because there were "too many issues" unresolved and because she could no longer trust him after he cheated on her.

According to sources close to the former couple, who got engaged in 2019 in the Bahamas, their relationship was already struggling before the lockdown. The COVID-19 pandemic only made things worse.

The stars even started planning their wedding. However, they kept postponing the ceremony due to the pandemic. Shortly after their breakup, Lopez rekindled her relationship with her ex-boyfriend, Ben Affleck.
