Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck Hold Hands at Italy's Venice Film Festival

There’s no hiding the fact that Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are dating again after they were seen arriving together at the Venice Film Festival. The pair also shared some PDA!

On Thursday, September 9, 2021, Jennifer Lopez, 52, and Ben Affleck, 49, landed back in Italy for the 78th Venice International Film Festival. The last time they were in the country was this past summer.

Their last visit was personal and romantic compared to the current one. It happened when their Bennifer 2.0 romance sparked again after their failed engagement years back.

During that trip, the duo was all over each other and not afraid to give viewers lots of public displays of affection (PDA). Lopez and Affleck were seen hugging, kissing, and lap-dancing as they made their way through Capri. The two stars went down the Amalfi Coast to Nerano and all the way to a dock in Naples.

Meanwhile, during their most recent visit, the couple was seen holding hands as they walked together. Affleck wore an all-black outfit that featured a long-sleeved T-shirt, matching trousers, and leather sneakers.

The couple channeled da yin-and-yang theme with the singer wearing white, in contrast to Affleck's black. The "On the Floor" vocalist was dressed in a lace midi dress, stilettos, and a pair of oversized black sunglasses.

Their arrival in Italy was ahead of Friday's premiere of “The Last Duel.” The movie was co-written by Affleck with his friend and fellow actor, Matt Damon. Both actors also feature in the Ridley Scott drama alongside Jodie Comer and Adam Driver.

Affleck and Lopez rekindled their romance at the beginning of the year and became Instagram official in July 2021. On Lopez’s birthday, she posted an Instagram photo of them kissing while aboard a yacht.

The stars initially started dating in July 2002 after meeting on the set of their film “Gigli.” In November 2002, the pair got engaged before they ended up postponing their September 2003 wedding.

The postponement happened days before the wedding date, and everything was called off in January 2004. According to a People source, Lopez and Affleck are now working on blending their families.

Affleck and his ex-wife Jennifer Garner share daughters Violet, 15, Seraphina, 12, and son Samuel. While Lopez shares twins Emme and Max, 13, with ex-husband Marc Anthony.

It seems Affleck is being welcomed by his girlfriend’s family as last month he directed Lopez’s mother, Lupe Rodriguez, in a new commercial for the sports betting and iGaming app, WynnBET.
