Common Shares Tribute to Tiffany Haddish on Her Birthday amid Reports They Split after 1-Year Together
Common shared a birthday tribute for his co-star Tiffany Haddish amid rumors that their romantic relationship ended one year after they started dating.
This week actor Common took to Instagram to wish his "The Kitchen" co-star Tiffany Haddish a happy birthday. However, his post comes amid rumors that the couple separated.
The rapper proved that perhaps the couple ended on good terms as he shared a gorgeous photo of Haddish wearing a red and orange outfit with her styled into a sleek ponytail.

Alongside the photo of the comedian, Common wished "the Queen" a happy birthday. He then described her as one of the most wonderful, dynamic, and beautiful people he knows.
"The Blue Sky" singer finished the tribute wishing Haddish love, peace, joy, and fun for her special day. It seems his fans are hoping the former couple gets back together, as one fan commented:
"Tell me you want her back, without telling me you want her back! Happy birthday 🎉."
People magazine first shared the news the couple had split at the end of November. A source told the outlet Haddish and Common were never in the same city and too busy for a serious relationship.
At the time, representatives for the couple did not respond to a request for comment, and so far, neither party has announced they have split up.
They first met on the set of their film, "The Kitchen," in 2019. At first, their relationship was platonic, but the two started dating after a virtual Bumble date. Then in August 2020, Haddish confirmed to Steve-O the pair were an item.
During the same month, Common called the "Bad Trip" actress a wonderful woman and beautiful person during an interview on "Live With Kelly And Ryan."

It seems Common might have trouble keeping a long-term relationship as he revealed in 2020 he went to therapy for his addiction to love, specifically the feelings of pursuing a new interest and the beginning stages of a relationship.
He explained on "The Breakfast Club" that he cared for the other person, but he was unwilling to do the work whenever the relationship got difficult and issues needed to be worked through.
"The Informer" actor has never been married. However, he does have a daughter with his ex Kim Jones. As for Haddish, she was previously married to William Stewart, but they broke up in 2013.
