Talks about Demi Moore's plastic surgery started after her unrecognizable appearance on the Fendi runway. Even though the actress had never confirmed whether she'd been under the knife or not, experts gave their opinions.

Demi Moore is undoubtedly a beautiful Hollywood actress with a timeless and elegant beauty that attracted constant attention over the years.

However, she sparked a wave of comments in 2021 when she appeared at a Fendi show. Fans expressed their sentiments online, shocked at the visible change in their icon's facial features, including protruding cheeks and a face that looked over-contoured.

"Whoever ruined Demi Moore's face like that needs to go to jail, omg," one person said online. "I legit feel so bad for her." Meanwhile, another fan suggested that the actress went under the knife and had implants or fillers.

Moore walked the Fendi runway at Haute Couture Fashion Week in Paris. She looked stunning in a plunging black satin top and oversized earrings that reached her shoulders. However, her outfit was overshadowed by her different physical features.

DEMI MOORE'S APPEARANCE THROUGH THE YEARS

Moore has been in the industry since landing her first role in 1981, and even then, her beauty has already captured viewers' attention. She has graced the screens several times with roles in "General Hospital," "St. Elmo's Fire," "No Small Affair," "One Crazy Summer," "About Last Night," and "Charlie's Angels," and more.

In 2009, at 40 years old, Moore continued to grace fans with appearances on screen with a slow-motion bikini-clad scene. Without a doubt, Moore took the extra steps to preserve her youth and incredible figure.

When the mid-2000s came, Moore accepted fewer roles but remained on top of the Hollywood celebrity list. In 2017, she landed a role on "Empire" followed by a titular role in the series "Dirty Diana." She also became more visible in fashion events, such as the controversial Fendi show.

Her sharp cheekbones become the talk of the town shortly after, as they never appeared as defined in previous years. However, rumors about Moore's alleged cosmetic surgery died down when she posted a photo looking like her old self after the event.

Moore doesn't deny having been obsessed with her appearance but eventually tried to get her mindset under control.

In her snap, Moore posed alongside other models and looked beautiful with no makeup and while wearing black glasses. It was then presumed that her runway look was nothing more than a makeup trick done explicitly for the event.

EXPERTS WEIGHED IN ON DEMI'S LOOK

Meanwhile, plastic surgeons Pan Agullo and Frank Agullo also shared their opinion on the "Ghost" star's look. Dr. Frank said:

"Demi's injector has certainly gone overboard with fillers in the cheeks, lips, and mandible, to the point of it looking unnatural. It seems she has had a facelift, but the fillers get all the attention."

He added a lighter side to the situation, "On a positive note, her face and neck skin are much smoother, which is probably a combination of Micro-Botox and radiofrequency."

Meanwhile, Dr. Pam felt "speechless" upon seeing Moore's look and believes she went overboard with the changes. "Her features look completely exaggerated and out of proportion, most probably achieved with fillers to the cheekbones and a buccal fat pad removal to give her that chiseled look," she said.

Heather Rohrer, a celebrity injector, also noticed her exaggerated look of Moore during the show. Like Dr. Pam, Rohrer believes Moore had a buccal fat removal. "Her lower lip filler has definitely migrated, exposing an undefined vermillion border. Her smile lines are also non-existent due to excess injectable fillers," she added.

Apart from plastic surgery, it is also possible that Moore achieved the same effect within minutes. Writer Vanessa Holburn previously tested the powers of makeup and face and neck lifting tape to get Moore's look.

Holburn immediately had elongated eyes and sharp cheekbones resembling Moore's. She used tape on her temples, near the ears, and at the nape of her neck to take years off her face.

WHAT DID DEMI SAY?

Moore never confirmed nor denied going under the knife or using over-the-counter methods to achieve her Fendi look. However, in 2010, the actress admitted that she went under the knife, but not to enhance her facial features. She said:

"I have had something done, but it's not on my face. You know what? Maybe one day I'll go under the knife. It just irritates me that people are constantly saying how much I've spent on plastic surgery."

Moore doesn't deny having been obsessed with her appearance but eventually tried to get her mindset under control. "The irony is that when I abandoned that desire to dominate my body, it actually became the body that I always wanted. But it only happened when I stopped trying to control it. At the end of the day, this kind of obsession is pointless and meaningless," she said.

Moore's gorgeous appearance continues to shock many, given her age. She is also a proud mother to three children she had during her marriage to Bruce Willis. After having kids, Moore left show business to focus on raising her little ones.

Demi Moore wanted to spend as much time as she could with her children, so she left her career and went to Idaho with her kids. Although she and Willis eventually divorced, they always made their children a top priority.
