Jennifer Garner talks about being a single mother at 50.
Jennifer Garner turned 50 years old this year, and the night before the big day, the actress reflected on how much she had grown as a person and some of her biggest treatures.
Garner told Hello Magazine that at the center of her gratitude was good health, her sense of humor, all the wisdom she has gathered over the years, and the ups and downs that come with life.

Most importantly, Garner is grateful for the three children she shares with actor Ben Affleck, Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel. She said she loved how adorable they were and felt lucky that she gets to walk them through life,
Since her divorce from Affleck, a lot of healing has taken place. Therefore, Garner reflected on her personal growth and revealed that she felt sturdy in her being.
There aren't many things that bother her or make her upset, even though she admitted that there are some bad days. But generally, Garners said she was comfortable with being alone in her house or with her kids, even when they "fall apart" "I am really okay," added the actress.
Furthermore, Garner is keener to get back into the full swing of acting. The actress admitted that she was lucky enough to take time off work and focus on her children, but now she is ready for the whole nine yards.
The "Adam Project" star told People she missed being on location and traveling for work. Whether she is needed in North Carolina or Paris, Garner will be there.
When it came to her birthday celebration, Garner wanted to go all out and spend it with her close friends and family. She told People that her parents, sister, nephew, and nieces were all coming down for the special day.
The festivities started on a good note because Garner shared a video of her meeting one of her favorite musicians, Donny Osborne. The video showed them singing, and the actress had the biggest smile.
The 50th birthday celebrations also involved a bigger party, to which Garner said, "I basically threw myself a wedding,” and had fans wondering if a real wedding was in the books.

Garner had an exclusive interview with Town and Country and gave more details about her birthday wedding. It was an extravaganza of all her favorite things.
She said she could not believe that she pulled off such a splashy party for herself, but her birthday fell on Eater weekend, which was the perfect time for family and friends to reconnect.
The "13 Going on 30" star is known for being a humanitarian and a lover of children. So, according to Town and Country, one of the requirements she had for her guests was to fill up 5000 backpacks with food to donate to a family for a program called Blessings in a backpack.
"I put them to work," said Garner. But after their charitable work, her guests got to dance to "The Rocky" by the Osbourne brothers, she said.
Besides celebrating her long-lived life, the party commemorated some of Garner's special achievements with her company, Once Upon a Farm. As stated by Town and Country, the company closed a $52 million Series D financing deal.

The COVID-19 pandemic was challenging for most people, but it was not particularly easy for parents to find creative ways to keep their children busy.

It was a time of terror and confusion, but Garner said she tried to come up with fun things to do. She told People that they made many funny videos at the beginning of quarantine but eventually got tired of it.
The family tapped more into their creativity and came up with hosting themed restaurant nights. Garner revealed that it started with an American hostess, a french waiter, a beach shack, and a deli in New York.
Some nights Garner and the children created a burger drive-through, and the mother of three said she bought trays and served the burgers through the window. A fun way to make some nights more eventful than others.
When it comes to future dating plans, Garner said marriage is not a priority in her life, although she admitted she does not want to be single forever.
But for now, Garner said there is no need to get married and complicate things. The actress has been rumored to have been dating John Miller since 2018.
Friends of the couple have confirmed that Garner and Miller are happy together and enjoy keeping their relationship under the radar, which is opposite to her ex-husband's union with singer Jennifer Lopez.
Garner reportedly enjoys not having public scrutiny and the fact that she does not need anyone to validate the connection she shares with Miller.
