After a Hollywood actress was Jack O'Connell’s girlfriend for a few years, his love life has since featured other famous faces, including a model. However, when it came to Jack O'Connell's dating life, he rarely shared much.

O'Connell's claim to fame came with his role as James Cook on the U.K. series, "Skins." Over the years, O'Connell landed roles in "This Is England" in 2006 and his breakout role in Angelina Jolie's "Unbroken."

In 2021, Netflix confirmed that he would add a steamy movie adaptation to his already impressive acting career and star alongside Emma Corrin from "The Crown."

Kaya Scodelario Once Confessed Jack O'Connell Broke Her Heart

In 2007, Kaya Scodelario played Effy Stonem, O'Connell's onscreen love interest, in "Skins." Their romance did not remain on the small screen as the two actors began dating in real life.

They were young and in love, so much so that Scodelario revealed she would have jumped off a bridge if he had asked.

He was her first love, and the young actors were on the cusp of their successful careers at the same time. The exes went their separate ways in 2009 when O'Connell was 19 and arrested for drinking and driving. Scodelario said:

"It broke my heart when we finished. I spent a whole week in my room crying, thinking that the situation could never improve."

However, After their breakup, Scodelario and O'Connell left things on a friendly note. She explained that they had spent a lot of time together and, despite their split, she still cared about him.

They called it quits in June, and she began seeing someone new by September, but she also had O'Connell's feelings in mind. And the consideration was mutual, as the "Broken" star revealed he would have preferred she moved on with someone he knew was a "decent fella."

In 2012, he began dating former "X Factor" judge Tulisa Contostavlos. Their relationship started on social media after the pair exchanged flirtatious messages on Twitter.

However, after a three-month spell, Contostavlos and O'Connell broke things off due to a conflict in their work schedules. As he was filming in Bulgaria at the time, Contostavlos was left to do all the traveling while fulfilling her duties in the U.K.

Around two years later, O'Connell sparked dating rumors with model-turned-actress Cara Delevingne. The two English actors met on a movie set when they started having something "fun." A source said:

"She's a big fan of him. They've been on a few dates."

In 2014, the model took to social media to share a faceless picture of a neck littered with love bites. Although fans suspected O'Connell to be the mystery man in Cara Delevingne's Instagram snap from the two moles on his neck, neither confirmed nor denied talks of a budding relationship.
