Fans Gush Keke Palmer Is Going to Be the Best Mom as She Shares Pic of Baby Boy

Keke Palmer and her partner Darius Jackson's son came into the world during the final days of Black History Month, receiving a name to match, Leodis Andrellton Jackson.

Keke Palmer shared a carousel of content taken during their first 48 hours of becoming Leo's parents. Lupita Nyong'o, Big Sean, and Viola Davis congratulated the new parents in the comments.

A fan tweeted that the former child star was already the "number one mom of the year" despite only announcing the birth eight minutes before, which was concurred by many other admires, one who caught "baby fever." ROZ the Creator predicted the star would be a "cool [expletive] mom."

Keke randomly felt pregnant; she took a test in her bathroom, which returned negative, so she threw it in the trash. The cleaning lady had cleaned out the bin with everything but the test lying upside down, which is how Darius found it.

The "Nope" actress had not waited long enough, as she joyfully discovered when Darius texted a photo of a positive test.

He said on her podcast, "Baby, This is Keke Palmer," that it was like a montage out of a romcom when he went to buy ten pregnancy tests at Target, which she took back-to-back on her return.

Keke told her mom, Sharon Palmer, on the same podcast that she now understood what her mom meant when she said all her children were planned. The actress said that though she and Darius had not planned it on a chalkboard, they were moving in that direction.

According to a news report, the couple met at a Memorial Day party.

The 29-year-old had a lot of fun confirming the news during her "Saturday Night Live" monologue on December 3, 2022. She says her appearance on the show is something her kid "can have forever."

According to a news report, the couple met at a Memorial Day party in May 2021 through Darius' brother, Sarunas Jackson, who portrayed Dro Peña on "Insecure." Keke had a cameo on the HBO comedy.

Leo's parents went public with their relationship three months later in August. Like the mother of his child and brother, Darius Jackson is an actor. He has also been a fitness instructor at Inspire Fitness.
