Nick Bosa's Ex-girlfriend Jenna Berman Shares Pros and Cons of Long-Distance Dating after Their Breakup
Jenna Berman, who once came under fire for her old controversial tweets, has been known to throw subtle jabs at her ex on social media—at least as far as fans are concerned. The influencer recently got candid about being in a long-distance relationship with her followers.
During an "Ask me anything" session on her Instagram stories, Jenna Berman explained the pros and cons of long-distance relationships. Among the pros, the influencer advised her followers to consistently "make time" to focus on themselves and their career goals.
She considered long-distance romance an advantage because there were minimal distractions, and she could get many things done. It made the anticipation of seeing her partner that much more gratifying once the time came. Berman also added that long-distance relationships helped build communication skills.

Among the cons, she said the constant traveling to spend quality time "can be tiring," and can eventually start interfering with other personal spheres of life, like work and school. Berman was romantically involved with NFL star Nick Bosa, with whom she likely experienced the pros and cons of long-distance dating due to his work.
It's unclear when the two separated, but Berman has seemingly shaded her ex in recent posts on her social accounts. Last Thanksgiving, Berman shared a TikTok video where she seemed to declare that she would never speak to Bosa again if their relationship didn't reach the one-year mark.
Earlier this year, she captioned a dazzling Instagram photo, "rule #1 never be #2." Fans of the former couple immediately assumed she was talking about another woman coming between her and Bosa. Berman's current relationship status remains unknown, but she posted another TikTok video which she captioned:
"me to every guy i meet bc my standards are way too high & they're not worth destroying my peace."
A sound with a woman repeatedly saying, "pass," played in the background. Though Bosa is known for being private—unlike NFL stars Derek Carr, Travis Kelce, and Eli Manning—he and Berman went Instagram official in March 2021, with Bosa sharing a picture of the two cozied up on a boat.
The San Fransisco 49ers defensive end once suffered an injury when they were together, and fans began flooding Berman's comment sections about his condition. She never responded, but it wasn't the first time Berman was under that much public attention.
A few months into her relationship with Bosa, she came under fire for racist and homophobic tweets she had shared several years before. She received much backlash from the media, forcing her to change her Twitter account settings, making it private.
