Young Artist Award nominee Raegan Revord visited Instagram several hours ago to share with her fans a look at her new hairstyle. The 15-year-old actress shared a picture of herself pulling back the shoulder-length hair covering her right ear.

Dressed in a white round-neck Levi's T-shirt, covered by red edging on the neckline and sleeves, the actress looked beyond the camera, almost in a dramatic glare at someone or something.

"Hiatus haircut ✂️," Revord wrote in the post's caption. She has decreased the length of her hair compared to her previous sightings and has apparently been on a hiatus since the little chop. Revord's fans loved her new look and approved of her haircut in the comment section beneath her photo.

"Looks gorgeous!!!" a fan exclaimed among the many followers who liked Revord's new hairdo. A second user said it is always fun to change hairstyles; a third said her hair looks beautiful, and a fourth explained that they also took a few inches off their hair recently.

Revord has shot up the popularity charts with her performance in the CBS comedy TV series "Young Sheldon," where she plays Missy Cooper, the smart-mouthed sister of Sheldon Cooper—initially portrayed by Todd Siewak's husband, Jim Parsons.

The 15-year-old sprouted as an actress at the tender age of six, as per her IMDb profile. Her other roles include her debut recurring role in "Modern Family," with husband-of-nearly-three-decades, Ed O'Neill and Sofia Vergara. She's also been in "Grace and Frankie."

The actress has come a long way, with eleven acting credits and several TV show appearances under her wing. Although she is widely recognized as a budding actress from "Young Sheldon," Revord has grown quite a bit since she appeared in the first season in 2015.

The actress made the extent of her growth clear with a TikTok video showing her transition from being a nine-year-old actress to recent times. Interestingly, although Revord is currently 15, her character in "Young Sheldon" is still 13 to maintain the program's longevity.

Despite their hopes to keep the show running for an extended period, Screen Rat reported that the producers have already decided the "Big Bang Theory" prequel will probably end after season seven. However, the film publication notes they can exceed this limitation by focusing on Revord's character.

The show's conclusion after the seventh season has been very topical, as the program has already aired the sixth season. In an Instagram post, Revord mentioned that the seventh season production would begin this summer. "See you this summer for season 7!" she exclaimed.

The debate about the continuation of the show is anchored by the fact that Sheldon will be 14, and that age marks the death of his father and the marriage of his older brother—as revealed in "The Big Bang Theory" —in addition to many changes that affect the fact and story.
