While John Stamos' just wanted to honor the Beach Boys, who he deems makes "Heart Music," social media had more pressing issues. "Man, what's up with your hair, dude," demanded a fan.

John Stamos shared a gallery on Monday from his appearance at "A GRAMMY Salute To The Beach Boys." In the first slide, his thick hair forms a peppery halo around his scruffy bearded face.

"Almost did not recognize Stamos?!!" actress Karin Boesler commented. "I'm so glad you shaved that beard, lol. I've always loved you singing with the Beach Boys. Great show tonight," a conflicted fan wrote.

Another compared him to Ward Cameron, the villainous "Outer Banks" character portrayed by Charles Esten. An Instagram user countered, "Our Greek god."

The former teen idol has been sporting a shaggier look the past few months, which was explained in a November 2022 post tagged 'Butch Thorn,' a character he's playing in an upcoming series.

A freshly shaved and quaffed Stamos was back on Jimmy Fallon's late-night show last week to continue his 'Fallon infatuation.'

The 'Secret Weapon' That Keeps John Stamos Looking That Good

Leaning into the camera for a close-up in a social media snap from mid-2015, Stamos, covered in a sheet mask, let his fans in on his secret weapon, "No more Greek yogurt facials, [BIOXIDEA] all the way."

The company has a range formulated for men to "firm and boot moisture" that retails at $83 for three masks. It was not indicated that it was sponsored content.

When not near his hairdresser, the actor is not afraid to take sheers into his own hands, as seen in a January 2017 post where he's giving himself a 'DIY haircut' in Berlin, Germany.

Taking a photo with Billy Stamos, his son with Caitlin McHugh Stamos, in the bathroom after washing his hair, the star joked in the May 2020 post of the child tugging at his scalp, "Someday, son, someday. #hairenvy."

John Stamos admitted on Billy's 5th birthday that as a Disney adult, he was "down with a certain level of sentimentalism and sappiness." Still, he never understood the sentiment that one human could "complete" another.

In the April 11, 2023 post, the actor said that though he still has a long way to go, he gets it now: "If my whole life was one sentence, then Billy would be the exclamation mark at the end of it."
