Don Lemon & Fiancé Tim Malone Go Twinning in Tailored Black Suits Showing Their ‘Future’ Look
In a recent Instagram post, Don Lemon and Tim Malone hopped on a new social media trend and gave fans a glimpse at how they would look in the future. The couple revealed that having children is something they see on the horizon and got engaged following Lemon's public confirmation of his sexuality.
Lemon and Malone looked dapper in matching black tuxedos they paired with white bow ties as they took part in the social media filter that showed what people would look like as their older selves. As the short clip transitioned, it ended with the same picture of the couple equally as handsome but with gray hair.
"Had to hop on this trend! What we will look like in the future @donlemoncnn," Malone captioned the post, which Lemon posted as well. In the comments section, fans praised the couple, who proved they would still look good years from now.
"Fine as aged wine," one person commented, and another wrote, "You both look mightly smashing." A third fan typed, "Who wears it better? Awww, you both do. Beautiful couple," and a fourth shared, "Y'all gonna still be fine, wow." "Future Don and Tim look amazing," a fifth fan added.
Earlier this month, the couple celebrated Malone's birthday, and Lemon gave fans a look at what he had gifted his significant other in a series of pictures of videos. Lemon surprised Malone with his favorite snacks, a card, and other gifts. But the large black and white portrait of the couple with their dogs stole the show. In a different post, Tim Malone revealed that the couple ended the celebrations with a romantic date night.
Malone and Lemon have been in a relationship for many years, and in 2019, on Lemon's birthday, they took their romance to new heights after getting engaged. The CNN host took to Instagram to share two side-by-side pictures of dog tags that read, "Daddy, will you marry Papa?" "He gave me a present on his birthday. "How could I say no?" Lemon captioned the post.
Although the COVID-19 pandemic put a pin in Lemon and Malone's wedding plans, the couple "decided to just sort of lean into" their lives as pet parents and moved into a bigger apartment. During an interview, Don Lemon revealed that the couple decided to wait until after they tied the knot to start a family but had not made their minds up about whether they wanted to adopt or go the surrogacy route.
