Singers Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani marked a milestone in their lives together as they celebrated their second wedding anniversary. The duo tied the knot on July 3, 2021.
The couple commemorated the special occasion with Instagram posts, greeting each other publicly. In the country artist's share, he noted that life has been beautiful since meeting Stefani.
"Every day has been the best day since I met you," he wrote alongside their wedding photo locking lips. Meanwhile, Stefani took to her social media a compilation of pictures and videos from their wedding and private days with Shelton.
The "Candyman" singer's post showed their happy moments as a family and their activities when not busy at work. "I love u," Stefani wrote in the caption.
Shelton and Stefani often display their affection for each other on social media. Through posts, they celebrate each other's victories and special days, including Father's Day, birthdays, and new song releases.
Shelton and Stefani initially kept fans guessing about their wedding date until they officially became husband and wife in 2021. They held a private ceremony which had family and close friends in attendance.
Shelton's residence had become their sanctuary amidst the pandemic and was also the location of their engagement.
Fortunately, the couple shared some of their magnificent wedding photos taken by photographer Jeremy Bustos. The snapshots featured Stefani's gorgeous Vera Wang wedding dress, with a plunging neckline and high-low skirt. The brand shared details about the dress on Instagram:
"The gown was worn with a lily-white chapel length veil featuring hand embroidered names of Blake, Gwen, Kingston, Zuma, and Apollo flanked by [two] white roses at the hem of the veil."
Stefani changed into a second dress for the reception and looked stunning in a strapless tulle dress with fishnet stockings. Her wedding outfits looked elegant and resonated with the performer's style.
Considering they tied the knot amidst COVID-19, Shelton and Stefani said their "I Do's" at his Oklahoma ranch. Shelton's residence had become their sanctuary amidst the pandemic and was also the location of their engagement.
Stefani's three sons, Kingston, Zuma, and Apollo, who she shares with Gavin Rossdale, were in attendance during the ceremony. While the kids share a good relationship with Shelton, it appears that Stefani is not raising them the same way as her ex-husband.
In a previous interview, Rossdale revealed he was not co-parenting with Stefani after his alleged infidelity with their nanny. Nevertheless, the former couple always prioritizes their kids above other things.
