Octavia Spencer Wishes Sandra Bullock, 56, a Happy Birthday Gushing That Her 'Impact Goes Far Beyond' Her Work

Sandra Bullock got a beautiful shoutout from Octavia Spencer on her birthday this week. America's Sweetheart turned 59 and received well wishes from other industry luminaries.

"There are some people you meet whose impact goes far beyond their work: their aura, their kindness, their joy. Sandra Bullock is one of those people." Octavia Spencer wrote on Wednesday. "Please join me in the comments in wishing her a very happy birthday!"

Jennifer Aniston celebrated her friend, affectionately referring to her as "Sand-a-La," in her Instagram Stories with previously unpublished photos.

In the first slide, Bullock is taking a cheeky sip out of a mug with caricatures of Aniston's drama, "The Morning Show," followed by a group shot of women, which includes Courteney Cox, overlaid with "WE LOVE YOU!!!"

The message carries over in the next slide with "SO MUCH!" The tribute ends with a funny clip of the "Gravity" actress taking charge in the kitchen. Bullock and Aniston were introduced by Tate Donovan, who they both dated at some point in the 1990s.

"Happy Birthday to the inimitable and stunning Sandra Bullock!" her "The Proposal" co-star, Ryan Reynolds, wrote. "For your birthday this year, I got us both intimacy coordinators. And an HR department. And clothing?"

He shared a clip from the 2009 romantic comedy where their characters accidentally bump into each other stark naked. Sandra Annette Bullock was born in Arlington, Virginia, on July 26, 1964.

Even when she is alone, dancing remains one of her biggest stress relievers.

At 50, in 2015, she was named PEOPLE's Most Beautiful Woman in the World. She maintains her youthful appearance with a minimalist beauty regime which only takes up eight minutes of her day and includes exfoliation at least once a week.

The actress who went undercover as a beauty queen in "Miss Congeniality" shared her beauty secret at the sequel's premiere.

"I didn't realize that putting hemorrhoid ointment on your face is acceptable in the beauty business," she spilled. "But apparently, butt cream does help [with] lines around the eyes."

Her "Bird Box" cast mate, Trevante Rhodes, revealed that the star is dedicated to fitness, showing up on set each morning in her workout year. The mother of two does Pilates, kickboxing, and weight training.

When she is in Austin, Bullock adds variety by riding her bike and goes running. Even when she is alone, dancing remains one of her biggest stress relievers. "That's my therapy," Sandra Bullock has said.
