Ruby Winston Is Harry Styles' Goddaughter Who Featured in One of His Songs

Thanks to her godfather, many have heard Ruby Winston's adorable voice without knowing her name or face. She was born into the entertainment industry with her father as a successful producer.

Ruby is just a little girl born to a famous father in the entertainment industry. Her association with fame is through former One Direction band member Harry Styles, who is close to her parents.

Ruby is the daughter of Ben and Meredith Winston, who they welcomed in December 2016. Although of British descent, she was born and is being raised on US soil due to her father's job.

Ruby's dad is an award-winning producer and business owner who moved to the US in 2015. He initially planned to have a short stay but eventually resided in the country after more opportunities arose.

He has produced some of the country's most-known television shows, including "The Grammy Awards," "The Kardashians," "The Late Late Show with James Corden," "Carpool Karaoke," "Friends: The Reunion," "Adele, One Night Only," "Drop the Mic," "Game On!" and many more.

Besides television, he has also worked with several musicians, producing music for the likes of Bruno Mars, Sam Smith, Justin Bieber, Shawn Mendes, Adele, and Harry Styles. Ruby's dad is also a founding partner of Fulwell73 Productions.

Ruby is famously known for saying the opening line, "Come on, Harry! We want to say goodnight to you!" in Syles' song "As It Was." Harry shared the story behind Ruby's feature, saying:

"[Ruby] used to try and call me before bedtime every night, and one time it didn't ring or something, so they sent me that. I dug it out when we were in the studio and put it in front of the song for some reason, and I kind of just fell in love with it, so it stuck."

Ruby is Styles' goddaughter. Her family became close to the One Direction band members and took Styles into their home when he needed a place to stay. Being with Ruby's household eventually brought the singer close to the family.

As a baby, she already met Styles and the other boys, including Niall Horan, who shared a photo of Ruby on his Instagram page.
