Shivon Zilis' Life as a Mom of Two
As for Shivon's romantic life, she does not have a husband, but she shares twin children with SpaceX founder and billionaire Elon Musk. The discovery of their kids happened after they filed documents at the District Court, Travis County, Texas, in April 2022.
In the court documents, Shivon and the tech executive filed a petition to have their twins' names include their father's last name and mother's surname as part of their middle names. It was revealed that the kids were born in November 2021.
In September 2023, Time Magazine revealed that their children's names are Strider and Azure, although the publication did not state any romantic relationship between Shivon and Elon.
The magazine noted Shivon as "the mother of two of his children" and Elon's "intellectual companion on artificial intelligence since the founding of OpenAI eight years earlier." Shivon was an advisor at OpenAI in 2016 before becoming Neuralink's Director of Operations and Special Projects in 2017.
Despite the recent revelations about her personal life, Shivon continues to share about her life as a mother. She has also expressed her thoughts about parenting and not giving up on the future. She wrote on X:
"Building the best and brightest future you can imagine becomes morally obligatory to the point of feeling like it's embedded in your DNA."

Besides Shivon's twins, Elon has eight other living children. He has three kids with musician Grimes: X Æ A-Xii, Exa Dark Sideræl, and recently born Tau Techno Mechanicus. Elon confirmed Tau's birth by responding to a Pop Base X post in September 2023.
