Patrick and Jillian's twins were born in February 2007. When they arrived, the "Grey's Anatomy" alum helped cut their umbilical cords and referenced the hit show when talking about the births. Patrick divulged, "I was watching everything that was going on (with the doctors), and you see a lot of that in the show."

In addition to their mini McDreamies, Patrick and Jillian are also doting parents to their daughter, Talula Dempsey, who, as previously cited by her dad, takes great "care of her brothers" as an older sister.

Of his boys, the father previously disclosed that while Darby is "passionate" about soccer, "Sullivan wants to be an actor."

When people saw the photo of the good-looking teen, many marveled at how much he and Patrick looked alike. One fan commented, "OMG! His son, the one on the right side of the photo, is his clone! 😳😳." Another fan likened Darby to the dashing character his dad played on the hit series "Grey's Anatomy" and dubbed him "the next McDreamy."

Being praised for good looks seems to run in the family as Darby's paternal look-alike was deemed People magazine's "Sexiest Man Alive." The 58-year-old was featured in the pop culture outlet's magazine for years, but only as a runner-up.

When he finally won the title, he joked about his ego being bumped up and spoke about his plan to use the platform to promote something positive.

Patrick, who initially laughed in disbelief that he had won, shared his feelings concerning the title: "I'm glad it's happening at this point in my life. It's nice to have the recognition." When asked how his kids would react, the star said they would poke fun at him and jokingly tease him about why he shouldn't have won.
