'DWTS' fans are convinced the former show winner is coming back for the upcoming season

The hit dance competition released a teaser image for the new season and fans made their guesses.

The sneak peek photo uploaded on the Dancing With the Stars Instagram account had fans convinced that Lindsay Arnold will be returning for the show’s latest installment.

Dancing With the Stars Season 26 will be having an all-athlete lineup and will only last for four weeks instead of the usual eight.

As for the teaser image, it is in black-and-white and it showed two hands holding a basketball. One hand was owned by a male and most likely represents an NBA player, while the female hand sparked a bit of hype for the fans.

They began guessing whose hand it was and their guess was Arnold, as shared by Entertainment Daily.

The mystery woman’s hand had a triple wedding band and they began searching through Arnold’s own photos on her Instagram account to confirm.

One social media user commented that only Arnolds has a wedding band with three rings.

Arnold won the previous season together with Jordan Fisher.

There’s no way to confirm whether it is or is not Arnold’s hand in the photo, but all will be revealed on April 13, 2018, on Good Morning America, including the final line-up of the ten competitors.

As of the moment, only four athletes have been announced to be included in the final list. They are all former Olympians.

The four of them are Adam Rippon, Jamie Alexander, Jennie Finch, and Tonya Harding.

Since the show is, technically, cut in half, the viewers should expect that the competition would be kicked up a notch.

It should be expected that there will already be tension between contenders on the first day of the competition.

Dancing With the Stars Season 26 will begin on April 30, 2018, at 8 p.m. ET and will air on ABC.
