Grandma Goldie Hawn already bought Kate Hudson’s baby girl a huge present

Kate Hudson, best known for Almost Famous, took to her Instagram account on April 6 to reveal that she and her boyfriend, Danny Fujikawa, were expecting a baby.

In the video, the couple was next to Hudson’s two sons, Ryder, 14, and Bingham, 6. All of them were holding big balloons that were filled with confetti as they were ready to reveal the gender of the baby.

As they popped the balloons, it was clear that they will welcome to the world a baby girl. The close friends that were present at the gender-reveal party couldn’t hold their excitement and the video is the proof of it.

According to Closer Weekly, Hudson confessed that every member of her family was ‘crazy excited’ by the news and that they couldn’t wait for the baby to be born already.

Among the few people who knew about her pregnancy before she announced it in her Instagram account was Goldie Hawn, Hudson’s mother. The source pointed out they have a close relationship and that Hudson even texted Hawn as soon as she learned that she was pregnant.

Hawn, who has publicly shared her love for elephants, bought a huge pink stuff elephant and gave it to her daughter as a gift to the upcoming baby.

Apart from that, Hawn gave Hudson the best present a mother could give: good advice. The one that Hudson will never forget is that a good family is the answer to happiness.

When Hudson was younger, Hawn kept telling her and her brother, Oliver, that there was only one thing in life she refused to fail at and it was raising her children.

Not only is Hudson a good mother but also a wonderful grandmother as Closer Weekly reported that she saw her grandchildren frequently. She plays with them in their sandbox, blows bubbles, and acts silly for them.
