Kirsten Dunst reveals the name of her baby boy after recently giving birth

Details of the birth of the actress’ firstborn have now been revealed along with her baby boy’s name which is pretty special.

Kirsten Dunst has given birth to a baby boy and his name can finally be revealed.

A birth certificate obtained by The Blast has confirmed that the actress welcomed her firstborn on May 3rd at 8:16 AM at Providence St. John’s in Santa Monica. The baby’s name is Ennis Howard Plemmons.

News of Ennis’ birth only came to light recently, despite the fact that it’s been almost two weeks since his celebrated birthday. It can be recalled Kirsten also withheld her pregnancy to the public and only revealed it in January when she was already far along. She debuted her baby bump in a photo shoot for Rodarte.

According to a recent report by the Inquisitr, the name of Kirsten and her fiancé Jesse Plemmon’s child is pretty special as it means “island.” But it’s also suspected that the name originated from the show ‘Fargo where the couple met. Apparently, there’s a character named Ennis on the FX show.

Kirsten and Jesse, who played a married couple on the show announced their engagement in January 2017 just seven months after going public with their relationship. Months later, the actress also admitted she was ready to become a mother in an interview with Marie Claire.

“I’m at a stage in my life where I’m like, I’ve been working since I was 3. It’s time to have babies and chill.”

Though she wasn’t pregnant then, she recalled developing an interest in motherhood after her goddaughter Kiki was born. She told the publication,

“I wasn’t one of those ‘I need a baby!’ people until my goddaughter was born. That love is just like…you can’t experience that unless you have a kid. I put her to bed last night and she woke up this morning and said to her mom, ‘Where’s Kiki?’ I just love that love. That’s what I want.”
