Janet Jackson and her second ex-husband Rene Elizondo have been divorced for almost two decades. Since then, he has found love again, this time with someone who is much different from his superstar ex-wife.

With talks of Janet separating from her third husband Wissam Al Mana, people in the internet are wondering what had happened to her ex-husband of 9 years, Rene. While the both of them have moved on from their failed relationship, let's take a look at how he lives his life with his new family nowadays.

Rene married Britt Elizondo, whose maiden name is Britt Coelho. They have been together a total of 14 years, and they got married in 2010. Together, they share a beautiful daughter named Elin.

"5 years ago today we had a party, I wore white and you wore a suit. I am so proud to be your partner on this journey. Thank you for teaching me how to love unconditionally and how to be loved in return. And always keeping me on my toes."

Elizondo, 55, and Coelho, 36, reside in California, where his wife is a real estate agent selling luxury properties around Malibu. While this is a very different life from what he had with Janet, he and his new wife look extemely happy living their quiet life together.

"Say what you want about Valentine’s Day! After 14 with this man, I am still the luckiest woman on the planet. Rene slays me every day. Best of all, we made one incredible little human. Love always wins! #reneelizondo#elinelizondo"

Meanwhile, Rene is the creative director for Anvil Cases or Calzone Case Co., where he has been employed for several years. The company is in-charge of creating industrial type carrier cases that have been used by artists who bring their important items on the road, including their instruments. They have also been the constant supplier for studios like Warner Brothers.

Elizondo is in-charge of helping the brand market and expand its product line, which includes extravagant iPhone cases and furniture as well.

Janet and Rene were together since the 1980s, and their divorce cost Janet a lot of money for spousal support in 2000. They were together for a total of 14 years, and he was responsible for co-writing 37 of her greatest hits including "Come Back To Me", "That's the Way Loves Goes", "Together Again", "Rhythm Nation", and "Black Cat".

In a memoir written by Bobby Brown, he revealed that Janet had cheated on Rene with him, and broke his heart like no one ever did before. Rene on the other hand, said that he would never write a tell-all book about his relationship with Janet because he had too much love for her to ever do that.
