Angelina Jolie appeared in a stylish eye-catching dress displaying bare shoulders

Angelina Jolie steps out on a shopping expedition with her son.

Angelina Jolie, 43, was seen out on the town in Los Angeles with her son Pax, 14, having lunch and doing some shopping, reported Vogue back in August.

Jolie looked dazzling in a supremely elegant knit Ryan Roche dress. The dress is strapless, close-fitting, flaring out into a swirling skirt in a midi-length.

The tailored bodice is pleated to accentuate the bosom, and the dress is in a flattering nude color that suits Jolie's sophisticated style.

JOLIE'S DRESS IS REMINISCENT OF '50s FASHIONS

The midi length was introduced by women who have to toe a narrow line between fashion and discretion, such as Queen Letizia of Spain, Queen Rania of Jordan, and Duchess Meghan of Sussex.

Jolie wore the flattering dress with classical high-heeled stilettos in a matching nude tone. She accessorized with a shawl and a smart Céline top-handle tote.

JOLIE WORE GLAMOUR QUEEN SUNGLASSES

Jolie styled her long hair loose and casual sweeping over her bare shoulders. She wore large movie-star dark classes with silver-toned wireframes.

Her make up was discrete, giving her a fresh-faced look, and she wore a pale gloss to accentuate her signature pout.

JOLIE TO LAUNCH HER NEW MOVIE "MALEFICENT 2"

Jolie spent her summer in the U.K. with her children filming "Maleficent 2", a sequel to the 2014 film "Maleficent," with Angelina Jolie returning to portray the title role.

The movie will be released in 2020 and promises to be as successful as the first movie, which was a take on the classic Sleeping Beauty fairy tale but told from the perspective of the villainous evil queen.

Jolie is still embroiled in a difficult divorce process and a custody dispute with her ex-husband Brad Pitt.

The couple share six children Maddox,17, Pax, 14, Zahara,13, Shiloh,12, and the twins Knox and Vivienne, 10.
