Terri took time to share the fond memories of her husband, Steve, and explained that she still misses him. However, she assured that she was surrounded by her loved ones and did not feel lonely at all.

Speaking to People, Terri talked about the importance of having the people who support you around, further stating that she never felt alone because of the presence of her family and friends.

“It’s just surrounding yourself with great family and friends and people who will support you. I really miss Steve but, but I’m not a lonely person,” she told the news outlet.

Following Steve’s tragic demise, caused by a bite from a stingray while working on an underwater film, Terri was left with the herculean task of raising their two young children and managing their zoo in Australia.

The task was daunting and “terrifying” by Terri’s own admittance, but she never deterred from her responsibilities and kept on persisting.

“It was a little bit terrifying to have to step up and take the till but I thought about it and said, ‘Let’s carry on as if Steve was still here.’”

Terri also opened up about the possibility of finding love again and explained that it is not her priority at the moment. However, she also did not claim that it may never happen.

She clarified that she was not looking for a partner while also admitting that it is important to “never say never about anything.”

“I feel like 14 years with Steve was like 400 years of real life. It was the most epic, adventurous, amazing experience,” she recalled.

Earlier in December 2018, Terri also opened up about her much-speculated romantic relationship with Hollywood actor, Russel Crowe.

In her statement, she joked about the alleged relationship and explained that she and Crowe were only good friends.
