Blake Shelton startled fan by sneaking up on her as she played at his slot machine in Vegas

Blake Shelton surprised a fan while she was gambling at Las Vegas.

In a video shared by Gwen Stefani on Instagram, the fan can be seen sitting at a slot machine when Blake Shelton walked up to her.

Stefani wrote in the caption: "When [Blake Shelton] surprises u when your gambling at [Planet Hollywood Vegas] on his Own slot machine."

The woman, whose identity is not known, had the shock of her life when she saw Shelton approaching her, and jumped up from the slot machine.

The entire incident was caught on camera by Stefani, who was at Las Vegas for her headliner show, Just A Girl."

Shelton, being the loving partner, was at Vegas to support Stefani when he saw a fan sitting at one of his slot machines.

The couple has been going strong, and Stefani posted a New Year's Eve photo that showed her planting a big kiss on his lips.

She simply captioned it "Happy New Years [kissing emoji] gx," and the Instagram post received more than 330,000 likes in a few days.

Blake and Shelton met on the set of "The Voice," and the couple officially announced their relationship in November 2015.

Even though they met while Shelton was still married, they only started seeing each other four months after his split from Miranda Lambert.

Shelton's divorce from Lambert was traumatic, and it took him a while to recover. A song he wrote shortly after the divorce hinted that Lambert cheated on him.

Stefani and Shelton were supported each other because they were both going through the same ordeal. Stefani filed for divorce from Bush lead singer in August 2015.

She has three sons with Rossdale. Shelton gets along with her children. However, it is a dream of his to be a father, and Stefani has been trying to make that dream a reality.

Stefani has been struggling to conceive, but Shelton assured her that it wouldn't affect their relationship in any way.
