'I Love You Son!' Nick Cannon Celebrates Son Golden's Second Birthday with Heartwarming Tribute

Actor and host Nick Cannon took to Instagram to share photos of his “genius” son, Golden, to honor his second birthday.

The boy turned two on February 21, and Nick uploaded a black-and-white shot of him lying on a couch while hugging Golden and smiling at him. The boy, whose braids looked beautiful, was also smiling while eating what looked like a cookie.

For the caption, the proud father wrote, “cant’ believe the Golden Child is already 2! Happy Birthday to my Little Guy! I love you Son! (Yes he can read this post, he’s a freaking Genius!!!).”

BIRTHDAY PRESENTS

The following day, Nick uploaded another photo wherein Golden appeared holding several colorful balloons while posing between two T-Rex-like inflatable toys. Nick’s mini-me wore a black ensemble and looked very excited about the balloons.

In the caption, the host set clear that he had to make Golden smile “from 10,000 miles away,” suggesting that he was not around on the boy’s birthday but still sent him those presents.

As soon as Nick uploaded those photos, his followers took to the comment section to express their thoughts. Most of them wished Golden a happy birthday while others joked about all the balloons making the boy floating around the house.

THE BIRTHDAY MESSAGE OF GOLDEN’S MOTHER

Brittany Bell, Golden’s mother, also shared a beautiful video honoring her son on his birthday. It showed many photos and videos of the boy doing different things, including scoring a goal with his father and kissing his mother.

“I feel like today’s my birthday because you were my best gift on this day and I thank Him for today!! Happy 2nd birthday my Golden baby. I love loving you!” wrote Brittany in the caption.

NICK’S CHILDREN

Golden is not Nick’s only son as the man has three children in total. In a recent post, the man appeared embracing all of them. Twin children Moroccan and Monroe, whom he shares with ex-wife Mariah Carey, joined Nick and Golden and shared the most adorable hug.

The eldest children were making funny faces while Golden and the patriarch were smiling with their eyes closed. It is not the first time the three children get together, though.

A few weeks ago, Nick melted the hearts of his followers again with a clip of Monroe teaching Golden how to read. The girl showed her little brother some flash cards with simple words, and the boy proved to be a “genius” by correctly reading them.
