'Page Six': Wendy Williams and Husband Reportedly Discussing Separation Amid Cheating Scandal
'There is a discussion of what happens now," a source tells Page Six, revealing Wendy Williams and Kevin Hunter are considering separating following news of the birth of Hunter's alleged love child.
After a series of health issues along with rumors of her husband’s infidelity and love child, Wendy Williams is reportedly contemplating separating from her husband of 22 years, Kevin Hunter.
“They are so tangled up together in business, so they are carefully looking at what a separation could entail. It will be difficult.”
A COMPLICATED SEPARATION
Page Six just revealed that the couple is discussing the possibility of splitting up and considering its repercussions to the ties that bind them apart from their marriage. Hunter is Williams’ manager and part-owner of the company that produces “The Wendy Williams Show.”
“There is a discussion about what happens now,” a source tells the publication. “Everyone is asking, ‘How can they possibly stay together?’ Wendy still loves Kevin, but her health is at stake.”
“They are so tangled up together in business, so they are carefully looking at what a separation could entail. It will be difficult.”
The pair have an 18-year-old son, Kevin Jr. and share a multi-million dollar home in Livingston, New Jersey.
WILLIAMS AND HER COMPLICATIONS
As previously reported, Williams is currently checked into a sober home to treat her alcohol and drug addiction. She was also on a two-month hiatus from her show at the start of the year allegedly due to various health issues.
A TINY COMPLICATION IS BORN
Meanwhile, rumors of her husband’s infidelity with a mistress he’s reportedly had for a decade won’t die down. Recent headlines suggest she delivered his child on March 20.
Following news of the love child, Williams reportedly got drunk and was rushed to the hospital to sober up. Last week, it was announced that the host’s show would be taking a one-week break beginning April 1st. It is reportedly a pre-planned spring break though many suspect it’s linked to Williams’ current personal troubles.
CLAIMING NO COMPLICATION
Williams previously dodged rumors of problems in her marriage when she flaunted her wedding ring upon her return to her program in March. She claimed she never took it off and doesn’t intend to.
“He is my best friend, my lover. He's all this and he's all that. I'm still very much in love with my husband," she professed. "Don't ask me about [my wedding ring] until you see it gone -- it ain't going anywhere, not in this lifetime."
