Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez Enjoyed Weekend with Chip and Joanna Gaines in Texas

Fixer Uppers Chip and Joanna Gaines welcomed Jennifer Lopez and her fiancé, Alex Rodriguez, in their home in Waco, Texas, over the weekend. Lopez is a self-proclaimed fan of the show, and she’s been in touch with Joanna for a while.

Two of the most-loved couples in the entertainment industry spend the weekend together in Waco, Texas, and fans seem to be thrilled about it.

Chip Gaines, from HGTV hit show “Fixer Upper,” delighted fans on Instagram after sharing a lovely photo featuring his wife, Joanna, and the newly-engaged couple, J-Lo and A-Rod.

In the pic, the foursome stands side by side in a garden, with Rodriguez wearing a dark grey v-neck shirt and Lopez showing off her toned midriff in a white crop tock plus beige pants. The Gaines looked comfortable in jeans, with Joanna rocking a black blouse and Chip a grey shirt.

“What is going on!?? This is like a Twilight zone of hot people. Then there’s me, looking as usual.. disheveled. Thanks for coming to town @jlo and @arod!” Chip joked on the caption of the picture.

Rodriguez shared a similar shot, adding in his caption: “ARod Corp hits Capital Gaines in Waco, Texas. #CapitalGaines @joannagaines @chipgaines.”

Fans took over the comment section to gush about the two power couples spending time together.

“I don’t know who’s the bigger power couple!” wrote one user.

Another added, “OMG, When two of my favorite worlds collide.”

And a third one agreed, “Best two couples on this planet!!!”

Lopez also left a comment on Rodriguez’ post, saying “Best anniversary gift ever!!!”

Although the couple celebrated their second anniversary in February, it seems like A-Rod was not finished with his gifts for the “Medicine” singer. The meeting came a month after Rodriguez surprised Lopez with a Facetime call with Joanna.

On a visit to “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” Lopez, a self-proclaimed "Fixer Upper" fan, revealed that after they purchased a new home by the sea that needs some work, she jokingly told Alex it would be amazing to have Joanna do the remodeling.

Close to their anniversary, Lopez said Rodriguez asked her to meet him on a meeting.

“He opens up FaceTime, and it’s Joanna Gaines. And I was like, ‘Are you kidding?! Hi!’ I totally fangirled out,” she recalled. “And she was like, ‘Hi,’ just like she is on the show.”

Following the call, Joanna visited Lopez’s new Malibu house in March, and according to People’s sources, she was considering helping her and Rodriguez remodel their oceanfront property.

Although the Gaines filmed the last season of “Fixer Upper,” in 2018, Chip and Joanna are set to return to TV with a new cable network of their own with Discovery Inc.
