Offset Teams up with Daughter Kulture to Surprise Cardi B on Her First Mother's Day in Videos

Rapper Cardi B was overjoyed when husband Offset paid her a surprise visit on Mother's Day.

Cardi B had been saddened because professional commitments forced her to be away from her baby daughter Kulture on Mother's Day.

The new mom was heartbroken at being away from her baby on her first Mother's Day, but she didn't know that her husband Offset had a surprise planned.

“I’m not saying I got the best husband ever, but I really go the best husband ever. Thank you, babe, I love you! Bringin’ my baby…hi mama!”

SPENDING MOTHER'S DAY AWAY

Cardi B was heartbroken because she had a concert booked in South Carolina for May 10 - Mother's Day.

This meant that the rapper would be away from her 10-month-old baby, Kulture, and celebrating that important day all on her own.

“I’m very sad about Mother’s Day because I saw that I’m booked for Mother’s Day for a show and I had plans for Mother’s Day,” she said.

But Cardi didn't count on husband Offset's ingenious plan to surprise her in South Carolina. The Migos rapper showed up with Kulture and a special Mother's Day gift.

Cardi confessed that she had initially considered hiring a nanny to help her raise Kulture, but ultimately decided to do it on her own

Cardi B shared a clip on Instagram in which she gushes about her husband's wonderful surprise, which included a gift of two gorgeous Birkin bags.

“And my Birkins!" Cardi exclaimed, "Ooh, thank you so much!”

CARDI B ON BEING A TOURING MOTHER

Cardi had explained that although she does occasionally take Kulture on tour with her, she avoids having the baby fly too often

“If it’s not convenient for her to fly, I won’t [take her] because she’s really sensitive with the planes and her ears,” Cardi said.

Offset, who has three other children from previous relationships was determined to make Cardi B's first Mother's Day a very special one, and he succeeded.

Cardi B's life has changed a lot over the last 12 months. The award-winning rapper went from being footloose and fancy-free to becoming the mother of baby Kulture, now 10 months old.

The glamorous rapper is a devoted mother, and describes little Kulture as her "little best friend."
