Michael Jordan & Ex Juanita's Daughter Shares New Photos of Baby Boy

Jasmine Jordan and her fiancé, Rakeem Christmas, are basking in the joy of parenthood after welcoming their first child last month. Although the baby’s face is being kept under wraps for the time being, Jasmine has shared various alongside her adorable bundle of joy.

Jasmine Jordan, the youngest daughter from Michael Jordan’s marriage to Juanita Vanoy, is now a mother herself.

The 26-year-old welcomed a baby boy in May, just in time to celebrate her first Mother’s Day.

She shared the good news on Instagram by posting an adorable photo of her baby’s hand gripping onto her finger and captioned it: “Just In Time. I Love You Son #1stMothersDay.”

PROTECTIVE PARENTS

Although Jasmine documented her pregnancy journey on social media, she has been careful not to share her son’s face yet. Instead, the young mom has resorted to taking pics of the baby’s backside.

One of the photos depicts Jasmine laying down with her boy fast asleep on her chest. Another pic, taken on Memorial Day, shows Jasmine holding the newborn while her fiancé Rakeem rest his head on her shoulder.

She also shared a mirror pic showing off her chest carrier and post-baby body, and another one of the baby’s colorful diapers that matched with her nail polish and made her engagement diamond ring standout.

THE MYSTERY OF THE BOY’S NAME

Jasmine hasn’t confirmed what the name of her son is, but fans believed its Rakeem Michael. This, based on an Instagram post that Jordan made after her second baby shower featuring a picture of herself, Rakeem, and her NBA legend dad, Michael

“The R & The M to my baby, RMC,” she captioned it.

There was also a “Baby Rakeem” sign at the party, so most bets are on that name.

FATHER’S DAY MESSAGE

Jasmine recently shared another post to honor Rakeem and Michael on Father’s Day.

She shared a series of pics, including one of Rakeem holding their baby, one of him posing in front of the stroller, and two of Jasmine with her legendary father.

“Happy Father’s Day to all the dads in the world,” she started her caption. “A special first Father’s Day to my fiancé and big homie. You’re incredible! I love watching you with our son and can’t wait to watch him grow into a mini you.”

And mentioned Michael writing:

“&& to the greatest father a girl could pray for, Happy Father’s Day Daddy! Your love and support is beyond this world. I appreciate you and can’t imagine life without you. Love you guys.”

WELCOME TO THE FAMILY

Jasmine and Rakeem Christmas met in 2011 at Syracuse University, where he played for the basketball team, and she earned a degree in Sports Management.

Their relationship started as a friendship but with time developed into something more.

They announced their engagement in June 2018 and Jasmine revealed that her famous father was more than happy about welcoming her man to the family.

“They're almost like best friends, and it's kind of gross, but I'm happy that it was smooth sailing, and it's been great ever since,” she told InStyle back then.

Although Michael is rarely seen on social media, there’s no doubt he has a great relationship with his daughter and his soon-to-be son in law.
