Jessica Simpson Shares Sweet Snap with Look-Alike Daughter Birdie Mae

Jessica Simpson and her daughter Birdie Mae are mother-daughter goals! The gorgeous duo melted the fans' hearts when Simpson posted a picture of them on Instagram.

Ever since she welcomed her Jessica Simpson is basking in maternal bliss ever since she welcomed her third child, Birdie Mae Johnson.

Simpson and her husband Eric Johnson welcomed their youngest daughter on March 19. They are also the proud parents to their son Ace Knute and daughter Maxwell Maxi Drew.

Birdie Mae is a little bundle of joy who lights up her parents' world with her siblings. Recently, she brightened her mom's Instagram with her sweet picture as well.

Simpson, who loves to share her kids' photos with her fans on social media, posted a snapshot of herself with her "dimple double" daughter on Instagram. "My dimple double," the proud mom aptly captioned the picture.

GETTING BACK IN SHAPE AFTER GIVING BIRTH

Although Simpson was over the moon following the birth of her daughter, she was also worried about her body weight.

However, the actress is not the one to merely sit around and complain about how she looks. In fact, she has lost 100 lbs ever since Birdie was born.

Previously, Simpson took to Instagram to share that she was committed to getting fitter, even when it felt "impossible."

While she did not reveal how much weight she had gained during her pregnancy, it was pretty evident that she was happy to feel like herself again.

ENJOYING MOTHERHOOD

Having a baby might add a few extra pounds on mothers, but the experience is rewarding in myriad ways and Simpson knows it very well.

Back in 2018, the mother-of-three opened up to "Us Weekly" about how much she has enjoyed motherhood.

“Being a mother is the best opportunity and challenge I’ve ever been blessed with in life," she revealed. "Right now my kids are in this amazing stage where I’m really listening to them without judgment and they’re teaching me so much. These little innocent kids teach me so much about life.”

Her pregnancy had been a tough one, but Birdie's smile definitely makes it all worth it.
