Olivia Newton-John Made Rare Public Appearance with Husband at the 'Donny & Marie' Las Vegas Show

Olivia Newton-John made a rare public appearance as she graced the "Donny & Marie" show with her husband, John Easterling, leading an excited Donny Osmond to post about it on his Instagram page.

Donny and Marie Osmond had special guests on their Vegas show, as their longtime friend, Olivia Newton-John, and her husband, John Easterling, were in attendance.

The elated Donny shared a picture showing all four of them together, wearing big smiles.

OLIVIA AND JOHN ARE THE NICEST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD

The photo shared by Donny had him, John, Olivia, and Marie posing together, as they smiled happily. Donny described his excitement at seeing Olivia again in his caption which read:

"It was so nice to see @therealonj and her husband John Easterling at our #Vegas show last night. I don't think there's any nicer people on the planet than Olivia & John."

Donny signed off the post by wishing his friends safe travels on their journey home. "Safe travels back home my friends, Donny," he wrote.

FANS WERE ALSO EXCITED AT SEEING OLIVIA

It wasn't only Donny who was excited to see Olivia as many fans took to the comment section of his post to express their delight at seeing her again.

One fan commented that Olivia was looking great, hoping her health was also good: "She looks great hope she is doing as good health wise!" the fan asked.

A second fan who was live at the show commented thus,

WHY THE EXCITEMENT OVER OLIVIA'S APPEARANCE?

One can understand why Donny and the fans were excited to see Olivia considering her battles with the dreaded breast cancer disease, which she is battling for the third time.

Olivia has been friends with siblings Donnie and Marie for many years now. The siblings' show will come to an end on November 16, following the close of their Las Vegas residency after eleven memorable years.

It was thus a great experience to have a dear friend come to perform on their show in its last days.

Olivia Newton-John is famous for being the star of the classic musical film, "Grease." She has been championing the fight against breast cancer and also educates and encourages women to look into their breast health.
