Khloé Kardashian Admits She Misses Ex Lamar Odom as She Recalls His 2015 Overdose
Khloé Kardashian opened up about missing her ex-husband Lamar Odom as she recalled his 2015 overdose with her sisters Kim Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian.
Sunday’s episode of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" saw Khloé finding out about Lamar’s new memoir "Darkness to Light," and captured the events that followed.

According to Toofab, after the reality star discovered some of the contents of Lamar’s book, she opened up to her sisters about missing the retired NBA star.
Khloé and Lamar were married from 2009 to 2016. In 2015, before their divorce was finalized, the former athlete was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel, and his then-estranged wife rushed to be by his side at the hospital while he recovered from a drug overdose.
Khloé has since welcomed a child with her ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson, and Lamar recently debuted his new woman, Sabrina Parr. Still, the youngest Kardashian sister confessed she misses Lamar.
Khloé, in a KUWTK teaser posted in August, told big sister Kim that she had no problems with Lamar discussing their marriage.
"I miss him all the time," Khloé told her sisters. "But not in a place where I’m like I want to get back with him."
The "Good American" designer also told Kim and Kourtney that Lamar called her, wanting to hang out and just catch up. Earlier on in the episode, she told half-sister Kylie Jenner that she hadn’t spoken to her ex since his infamous drug overdose incident.
"He called me, and he was like, 'I just knew we were all gonna talk again at some point. I’m just so happy,'" Khloé relayed to her sisters. "He was like, 'I would love to see you. I've been dying to see you in person. I just feel like we have so much to talk about.'"
After Kim, 39, said that she felt it would be good for Khloé and Lamar to meet face-to-face so they could hash out any lingering issues, Khloé added, via Daily Mail:
"I always thought that after this overdose that I did everything in my power to be there through, like, sickness and health, and once I saw that he, you know, wasn't in the headspace to really wanna change his bad situation, then I was fine letting him go."
According to the outlet, Khloé eventually decided against meeting up with Lamar so as not to upset his girlfriend, Sabrina.
Lamar released his memoir back in May and although the episode just aired, Kardashian fans already knew Khloé’s reaction to the explosive tell-all.
Besides congratulating her ex via social media, Khloé, in a KUWTK teaser posted in August, told big sister Kim that she had no problems with Lamar discussing their marriage.
"I’m fine. It’s his truth, like, he’s allowed to tell his version," she stated. "Him and I each played a significant role in each other’s lives, so I think it’s natural."
"If he feels like talking about it—and if this is a form of his healing or therapy—then I actually think it’s really courageous to talk about the amount of addiction that he’s had," Khloé added.
