Donny Osmond of 'Donny & Marie' Fame Shares Sweet Throwback Photo in Honor of His Son Brandon's 35th Birthday
In honor of his son's 35th birthday, Donny Osmond shared a throwback picture. The two look so much alike as they posed wearing matching white shirts.
"Wishing my son Brandon a very #HappyBirthday! I consider myself lucky beyond words to call you my son."
In the picture, Donny is sitting on the floor, while Brandon lay on his stomach on a plaid couch behind him, and leaned in next to him to look at the camera.
In a father-son moment he appeared to be showing his son some affection with his arm around him, as his fingers ran through Brandon's curly blond locks.
Donny has been married to Debra Glenn since 1978. He was only 20-years-old when he said: "I do." Making his family just as big as the one he grew up in, the couple has five sons together. Using the birthday tribute to reflect on how far his son has come in life, Donny gushed:
"It's remarkable how quickly the years have flown by, but watching you learn, grow, and create a family of your own is a precious gift. Your mother and I love you very much."
The picture has received over 12 thousand likes, many of Donny's fans joined him in sending his son a messages in honor of his birthday.
Many people couldn't help pointing out how adorable they two look together, especially since the throwback had some people noticing how much they look alike. One fan praised him for creating the perfect family moment.
It is reported, just like his father, Brandon also works in the entertainment business, his resume includes being a musician, photographer, advertiser, and art director.
During the launch of the Giving Machines in Las Vegas, Donny revealed that Brandon helped launch and develop the vending machines that help give donations to local charities.
Since ending his Las Vegas residency after 11 years of performances with his sister, Marie Osmond, you would think Donny would slow down with his career at 62-years-old.
Having lived his entire life in the spot light, the proud grandfather of 10 is still enjoying his career in music as a judge on "The Masked Singer," after appearing on the show as the "Peacock."
