Russell Wilson With His Pregnant Wife Ciara Had a Joint Boxing Training in a Video

Pregnant Ciara showed she was still fit when she joined husband Russell Wilson in a boxing training session, shared via an Instagram video.

Multiple awarding-winning R&B singer Ciara is currently expecting her third child with NFL quarterback Russell Wilson. This is the second child she would be having with her husband.

The MTV Video Music Awards winner showed up in a recent video flexing her muscles during a boxing training session.

On Wednesday this week, the mother of two was seen logging some hours in the gym as she threw some mean punches on a punching bag.

The video was shared by her husband, a Seattle Seahawks quarterback, who later moved to a sparring session with his instructor. The footage was captioned,

"Training with my lady... @Ciara we will whoop dat...also I think I may have let one go while swinging #GasMask #KnockOut."

The couple had earlier announced Ciara's pregnancy in January, via Instagram, during their vacation to Turks and Caicos.

They started dating in 2015 and got engaged on March 11, 2016. They got married that same year on July 6, 2016, at Peckforton Castle in Cheshire, England. They have a daughter together ⁠— Sienna Princess.

The actress has a child ⁠— 5-year-old son Future Zahir Wilburn ⁠— from her previous relationship with American rapper Future, whom she broke up with in August 2014.

The professional football player's wife is excited about being a mother and once described it as empowering in an interview with "Purewow." She said:

"Motherhood has just shown me there's really nothing we can't do as women. I feel really empowered having my kids in my life. By far, my greatest accomplishment is having them."

The coupe ⁠— Wilson, 31, and Ciara, 34 ⁠— also attends events together. They appeared at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party, where the singer showed off her baby bump in a gorgeous dark grey gown.

Quite recently, the expectant couple showed up at the 9th Annual NFL Honors at Adrienne Arsht Center in Miami, Florida, with the "Goodies" singer sporting a textured silver metallic blazer mini dress.

Ciara showed off a bit of her cleavage and a stunning view of her legs. She accessorized her outfit with a pair of gorgeous and matching silver stiletto sandals.

Later that evening, the performer changed out of her silver dress into a comfortable white sports jersey and box-fresh white trainers.
