Gabrielle Union of 'LA's Finest' Celebrates Mom's 73rd Birthday with a Sweet Post

Gabrielle Union honored her mother as she turned 73 in a sweet post that bore a heart-melting message to the celebrant.

The actress didn't intend to keep calm even if there wouldn't be an elaborate party for her mother, following the ongoing health crisis.

She took to the gram to express her affection towards the 73-year-old and showed her fans the stunning resemblance she shares with her mom.

The post featured mother and daughter twinned in an all-black outfit on the red carpet. While the older Union had her face lit in smiles as her blond curls flowed swiftly past her ears, Gabrielle rocked a cute ponytail looking dapper in her off-shoulder dress.

It appears that the image was captured a while ago, but the words that ran under the post showed that the love the duo share is timeless. The "Being Mary Jane" star said:

The 47-year-old established that she now understands the essence of motherhood and the sacrifices that she's enjoyed all her life.

Dwyane isn't left out in all the fun shared by the mother and daughter. Online posts revealed that he is very much involved in his daughter's life. During the quarantine, he flaunted his hairstyling skills by combing Kaavia's baby curls.
