Gwen Stefani showed love to her man as he celebrated his birthday on June 18 with a sweet post. The pair can't get any cuter for fans who flocked to wish Blake Shelton a happy birthday.

On Thursday, Gwen Stefani kept things sweet and simple by sharing a single photograph of her kissing her fiancé, Blake Shelton, on his scruffy cheek.

Though he doesn't look it, Shelton is 44 years old while his sweetheart is 50. Like the humble man he is, Shelton's Instagram stayed blank on his big day. Stefani's post is found below.

STEFANI KISSES SHELTON FOR BIRTHDAY

In the shot, Stefani has her blonde locks in a messy high bun and appears to be wearing a jeans jacket. Next to her, Shelton looks vibrant in a green tropical-themed shirt.

We see a profile view of Stefani as she plants a kiss on Shelton's cheek. The country singer is all smiles and dimple-studded as he faces the camera.

"Happy birthday [Blake Shelton]. Thank u [sic] for being my best friend," wrote the pop singer in the caption. The post received over a quarter of a million likes, and the comment section was filled with birthday wishes.

WAITING TO RETURN TO WORK

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, both Shelton and Stefani are home waiting to host "The Voice" as coaches. ET reported on how the pair is doing amid the crisis.

"[Stefani] is really looking forward to getting back to work," said the source. They also addressed whether marriage is in the near future for the pair.

The insider explained that Stefani is in no rush to tie the knot anytime soon, especially with what's going on in the world. The news follows that from another source who said the couple was ready to get married.

STEFANI WAITING FOR END OF LOCKDOWN

Earlier this month, an Us Weekly informant said that as soon as social distancing protocols are withdrawn, the couple is hoping to have their wedding with friends and family.

According to the source, Stefani is fully aware of what she has in Shelton. At this point, the only thing stopping the pair from saying "I do" is the coronavirus pandemic and resulting lockdowns.

For now, safety protocols such as physical distancing of six feet apart, and no more than 10 persons gathered together are still in effect. Weddings, baby showers, and the like have all been postponed.

STEFANI SHOWS BRUNETTE LOCKS IN THROWBACK

On Wednesday, Stefani celebrated another birthday — her brother's. This time she shared a throwback photo in which she sported her natural brunette locks.

The old picture, which was a bit fuzzy, appeared to be from a past birthday of Eric, the star's brother. It showed as he prepared to blow out candles on a large cake Stefani was holding up.

In the comment section, tons of fans urged Stefani to go back to her natural color hair. The singer has been rocking the blonde look for decades now, but she certainly looks beautiful both ways.
