Goldie Hawn shook things up in the kitchen as she danced while washing dishes with her family. The beloved actress looked comfortable in sweatpants and a sleeveless top.

Goldie Hawn made housework fun this weekend as she grooved to some music during a family bonding moment. For lucky fans, she shared a short clip online via Instagram.

Hawn, 74, looked graceful as ever in the video, which saw her moving from her sink across to an island and back. The fun family post is found below.

HAWN EXCITEDLY DANCES WHILE WASHING DISHES

"Washing dishes doesn't have to be a chore, it can be a dance! It's all up to us," wrote Hawn in the caption. The blonde beauty wore a black sleeveless top and matching sweatpants in the video.

At the start of the clip, she moved her hips from side to side as she held onto a clear container. She went over to where son Boston was also doing some cleaning up and put a plate in her cupboard.

When Hawn returned to the sink, she took two glasses and rested them on the island where longtime partner Kurt Russell appeared. The couple is also parents to Oliver Hudson, Kate Hudson, and Wyatt Russell.

HOW HAWN AND RUSSELL'S FAMILY CAME TO BE

Oliver and Kate were both welcomed during Hawn's second marriage to Bill Hudson in 1976. The pair split in 1982, while Russell split from his wife, Season Hubley, in 1983. He shares son Boston with her.

Hawn and Russell subsequently got together the same year during filming of the movie, "Swing Shift." Three years later, they welcomed their youngest son, Wyatt.

HAWN LOVES TO DANCE AND RUSSELL LOVES TO WATCH

This week wasn't Hawn's first dancing episode for the year. In March 2020, the actress boogied down to Tones and I's hit song "Dance Monkey" during a workout session.

Whoever was filming followed Hawn as she moved in and out of her home while shaking her arms and legs bout. Her high energy is no deterrent to her partner.

A source through Closer once said that Russell "loves" when Hawn gets into a musical flow. Often, he will join in with her, and the two will then rock out together. Hawn used to be a professional dancer, and she still has the moves.

THE PAIR HAVE A RELAXED FOURTH OF JULY CELEBRATION

The source added that Russell and Hawn both make sure they stay in great shape. Hawn once noted that she started in ballet before moving to jazz dance. She's also been a Go-go dancer.

This year, Hawn and Russell celebrated the Fourth of July on a quieter note. The pair took to the woods where they settled in front of a small stream. In a heartwarming photo, the pair shared a sweet kiss.

Hawn wrote in part, "Nature enlivens the heart." Dancing and nature outings are just a few ways the pair keeps their fire burning and their relationship strong.
