Donny Osmond's Son Josh Has Wedding Reception 4 Months after Tying the Knot — See the Photos

1998 "Mulan" star Donny Osmond's youngest son Josh got married to Summer Felsted in June but got around to holding their wedding reception four months after saying his vows.

Donny Osmond rose to fame in the entertainment industry as a teen idol before his career as an actor. The father-of-five proudly celebrated his fifth son's wedding reception four months after his wedding in June with fans on October 15.

The 62-year-old shared a series of pictures from the ceremony on his Instagram. The images captured the actor's son, Josh with his wife, Summer posing with their loved ones in a backyard.

There were also pictures of the newlyweds smiling happily with the "Together" singer and his wife, Debbie Osmond, including pictures from the reception as well.

The proud father captioned the post with a sweet message of how much he and Debbie loved having their family together in one place, while also making the announcement which read:

"Josh and Summer were finally able to get their reception in before it got too cold here in Utah."

In May, [Donny Osmond] had shared his joy about his youngest son's wedding with fans with an emotional post on Instagram.

As earlier stated the reception was held four months after Josh and Summer said their vows on June 12. The couple initially wished to hold their ceremony at the Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints but their plans were canceled due to the coronavirus.

However, the newlyweds chose to hold their reception at the iconic singer's backyard with only their immediate family which consisted of Osmond, his wife, their sons with their respective spouses, and children in attendance.

Earlier in May, the father-of-five had shared his joy about his youngest son's wedding with fans with an emotional post on Instagram. The "When I Fall In Love" singer explained that he had never seen Josh as happy as he was with his wife and described how adorable the pair were together and how proud he was to have been blessed with five sons and now, five daughters-in-law.

Josh and Summer's romance began when they were children. The couple attended the same schools since they were kids and also the same college. The pair didn't speak while Josh was on a two-year mission in Italy but they rekindled their romance when he returned in December 2018 and got engaged in February 2020.
