Michael Jordan's first grandson, Rakeem Christmas looked adorable in a black and white video running towards his father.

Jasmine Jordan made her father, Michael Jordan a first-time grandfather last year after giving birth to baby Rakeem Michael Christmas. The NBA star's daughter had Rakeem with her college sweetheart whose name is also Rakeem.

In the black and white snaps, the adorable one-year-old wore a white onesie while running to his dad, who, like Michael, is a professional basketball player. As little Rakeem came close, the athlete lifted his son in the air.

Jasmine and Rakeem first met at Syracuse University where she took a sports management program while he became a star player. Like Michael, Rakeem joined the NBA but ended up leaving to play internationally.

Michael's sons also played the sport he so loved, but unlike her brothers, Jasmine took a different route. Currently, she serves as an executive at the Nike Jordan brand, working closely with different athletes.

Although she did not end up like her dad, Jasmine inherited Michael's competitive side that allowed her to "have a lot of his drive and tenacity and grit." She knows failure is not an option.

Unlike his three older children, not much is known about Ysabel and Victoria, other than the fact that they are identical twins born on February 9, 2014.

Despite the hard work she puts into her career, Jasmine believes motherhood is the "best job in the world," despite the time it takes away from an already busy schedule.

Michael too has loved being a grandfather to little Rakeem. According to his daughter, the star athlete showed a softer side to the toddler than he did to his children growing up.

Since having a grandson, the NBA superstar was given the moniker "Grandpa Mike," which he takes with such pride. As Michael shared, he and baby Rakeem have been getting along well during playdates.

The Basketball Hall of Famer also has four other kids: Jeffrey and Marcus, whom he shares with his previous wife, Juanita Vanoy, and twins Victoria and Ysabel, whom he had with his current wife, Yvette Prieto.

Unlike his three older children, not much is known about Ysabel and Victoria, other than the fact that they are identical twins born on February 9, 2014, in West Palm Beach, Florida.

The girls' parents have kept them away from the limelight in the past six years, keeping their lives, hobbies, and possible professions a secret from the media. However, it is known that the two are being raised well and in good hands.
