Demetria McKinney recently shared a throwback picture of herself attending an awards show. The beauty looked stunning in the long purple dress that showed off her long legs.
Demetria McKinney has always been a showstopper, and the gorgeous actress took to Instagram to remind her fans that she has been slaying the fashion world for years.
In the throwback pic, the "House of Payne" actress wore a purple one-arm gown with flower detail along the chest and arm. The dress was sheer from the waist down, flaunting her long legs.

McKinney's outfit was complemented with pink, bedazzled high heels and a matching pink purse. The actress' makeup was done flawlessly for the event, with her wavy hair swept to one side to show off her glistening neckline. To finish off her look, she wore a pair of gorgeous chandelier earrings.
Mckinney posed a serious, sultry facial expression in true supermodel form, and one leg pointed outward to reveal her smooth brown skin tone.
Fans were impressed by the beautiful star's outfit for the Atlanta Celeb Fest Image Awards Gala in 2014. Her comments section quickly filled up with compliments from adoring fans. One fan commented, "A MASTERPIECE OF FINE GORGEOUS BEAUTY. while another chimed in, "[You] better come [through] Demetria."
McKinney is no stranger to the spotlight. The actress is a powerhouse in both the film and music industries. Most recently, she starred in the series "Motherland: Fort Salem," which aired in March 2020.
In a May interview with On The Red Carpet, the actress said her own experiences growing up with a military mother and her own motherhood helped shape her character on the show, Anacostia Quartermain.
McKinney had her son when she was just 17 years old and raised him as a single mother. In the interview, she said her son taught her different things about motherhood. She added:
"There are different levels to discipline, and one of those is compassion."
The " Saints and Sinners" actress also used her experience as a young single mother to prepare for her role as Cedric Hobbs' mother in the series "Quad."
McKinney has been very experimental with her career choices, including a brief stint on the popular reality show, "Real Housewives of Atlanta." The singer joined the show in its seventh season as a way to promote her music. Her single, "Easy," made it to the Billboard Charts' R'n'B top five.
The "Superstitious" actress released her debut album, "Officially Yours," in 2017, which won her an NAACP Image Award for Oustanding New Artist.
In her personal life, McKinney has also done well for a teenage mom who survived abuse and homelessness. Her career now spans over 32 film and television projects. She also has a cosmetics line named after herself.
Moreover, the actress uses her time to inspire African American women and promote the empowerment of these young women in her community.
