LL Cool J's Wife Simone Rocks a Mask in Recent Selfie as She Flaunts Her Long & Colorful Braids

LL Cool J's wife Simone Smith has a sense of fashion that knows no bounds. The hot mama can even make a mask look cool, as she did in a recent post that she shared on Instagram.

Simone Smith may be well known as the wife of rap superstar and actor LL Cool J, but the lady knows how to stand out independently. She's a lover, fighter, survivor, and a doting mom.

On top of that, Simone is a designer with her own eponymous jewelry line, so fashion is something that comes naturally to her. Her recent post on Instagram flexed her great style, especially when it comes to accessories.

In the snap, Simone rocked a zipped-up bomber jacket with multicolored flower patterns. Her long, neatly styled braids were a blend of brown, blonde, and white extensions.

On her face, Simone wore a black bejeweled mask designed by Dee-Dee Kelly. The mask had a green and red Africa continent design, with a fist embossed in the middle. She captioned the post, "Pump your fist like this ✊?❤️??," while her own fist was held up.

Fans responded to the post by complimenting Simone on her style. One fan gushed, "very nice picture. colorful and bright!" Another fan said, "Beautiful love it ❤️??✊?✊?yes please wear your mask. And social distance."

[LL Cool J] even offered his own fibula bone to his ailing wife.

Simone's message was loud and clear, and fans responded by acknowledging that they were also staying safe and wearing masks.

Simone and LL Cool J have been very vocal about the need for people to wear masks during the coronavirus pandemic which has rocked the world this year and affected millions of people.

Recently, LL Cool J spoke up against people who do not like wearing masks. On his Twitter account, he questioned how those same people could claim to be pro-life. The post received mixed responses from fans.

LL Cool J, whose real name is James Todd Smith, has been married to his childhood sweetheart, Simone, for 25 years. The couple share four kids, a son named Najee and three daughters, Italia, Samaria, and Nina Smith. They are also proud grandparents to two kids.

When Entertainment Tonight's Nischelle Turner asked him how he managed to keep his relationship so strong, he humorously responded:

"You just [have to] look at your phone and let her talk, you know what I mean."

Of course, the truth is much deeper than that since his marriage has endured some hardships over the years, particularly when Simone was diagnosed with stage 3 chondrosarcoma.

LL Cool J stood by her side and even offered his own fibula bone to his ailing wife. Her recovery took a rough two and a half years, but now the survivor has been cancer-free for 15 years.

Nowadays, Simone concentrates on her jewelry line and her campaign "Beat Cancer Like A Boss" while LL Cool J continues to fight crime as Agent Sam Hanna in "NCIS: Los Angeles."

At the same time, the "Doin' It" rapper is working on a new music album. LL Cool J revealed to ET that the new music would sound different from what fans expect from him. LL Cool J's last music album, "Authentic," was released seven years ago.
