The mom of three sits with her right knee bent, while her left leg is crossed over towards the front, as she grabs her right hand over her left shoulder, pulling it in a stretch. The star captioned the post with all the health benefits found in the tea beverage.

Her followers were full of compliments, with one commenter writing she is "obsessed" with Kardashian, while a few others called her "stunning" and "gorgeous." One commenter asked under Kardashian's caption:

"Kourtney, how do you always look so good?"

It must have something to do with the tea's immune-boosting benefits, which Kardashian often speaks about. The star has said it has anti-aging properties, targets inflammation in the body, and speeds up the body's energy-burning process.

The "Poosh" founder shared a Matcha recipe through the business' website as part of a tasty twist to sweetening her favorite green drink, which Kourtney has said she enjoys either hot or cold.
