A few months after Whitney Houston's death in 2012, her ex-husband Bobby Brown married his fiancee Alicia Etheredge in a traditional Hawaiian ceremony in Honolulu.
Brown and Etheredge got engaged onstage in 2010 in Jacksonville, Florida, three years after his divorce from the diva, Whitney Houston. The duo has remained married since then.
For their wedding, the R&B star was surrounded by all family members: Landon, La'Princia, Bobby Jr., and Cassius, the only child of Brown and Etheredge at the time. The daughter he shared with Houston Bobbi Kristina was, however, not present.

ALICIA ETHEREDGE
Alicia Etheredge Brown is a famous American wife and producer. Many people recognize her as the second wife of American musician, actor, and dancer, Bobby Brown.
She was part of the management team that has helped manage the careers of various artists, such as singer Macy Gray and her own husband. In addition, she has always been with her husband to support him through the years.
BOBBY BROWN
Bobby Brown is an African-American singer-songwriter whose genre consists of RnB, soul, and especially new jack swing. He began his artistic career in 1978, but in 1983, he experienced success with the group New Edition.
However, in 1986, Bobby Brown was excluded from the group because of his violent behavior during concerts. In 1992, the Massachusetts "bad boy" married Whitney Houston.

Between 1990 and 2006, Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston formed one of the hottest couples out there. The relationship between the two singers often made the front page of the American media for the wrong reasons.
The couple eventually split up after fourteen years of fighting. After several times in prison, Bobby Brown tries to relaunch his career. In 2012, he released a new album that ranked 41st on the Billboard Album Chart.

BOBBY BROWN AND NEW EDITION
New Edition is the American R&B group from Roxbury, Massachusetts, formed in 1978 but peaked in the 1980s. When the group first gained mainstream popularity in 1983, its members were Ricky Bell, Michael Bivins, Bobby Brown, Ronnie DeVoe, and Ralph Tresvant.
Johnny Gill joined the group years later to add to its continued success. The six members of New Edition reunited in 1996 to record the group's sixth studio album, "Home Again."
During the ill-fated album tour, Brown and Bivins left the group, forcing the remainder of the tour to be canceled. In the fall of 2005, the group performed a mix of hits on BET's 25th anniversary.
They brought Bobby Brown on stage for an impromptu performance of their 1985 hit "Mr. Telephone Man." Brown also performed "My Prerogative" with Ronnie DeVoe and Ralph Tresvant as dancers during their set.
On May 3, 2011, New Edition released a press release on its official website announcing that the six members were coming together as New Edition to kick off "Candy Girl's" 30th birthday celebration with their fans.

New Edition's influence is deep and diverse, zigzagging between classic R&B and rap to pop. From Boyz II Men, Guy, Jodeci to the Backstreet Boys, NSYNC, 112, and One Direction, New Edition's reach is solid and deep.
In August 2015, BET announced that a three-part miniseries called "The New Edition Story" about the group, with all six members being co-producers, released in January 2017.
Jesse Collins Entertainment executively produced the original miniseries, which was the first music-focused scripted miniseries. The group's original choreographer and longtime manager, Brooke Payne, was also a co-producer.
On January 23, 2017, they received their star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. From January 24 to 26, 2017, BET aired the three-part documentary series on their own network.
The biopic miniseries, which chronicles the band members' lives from their childhood in Boston to Hollywood stardom as adults, was directed by Chris Robinson.
It follows the boy band's journey from its humble beginnings in Boston to the late 1970s, to the success of its various solo members, through their years of glory and the various compositions of the group, following, in particular, the departure of Bobby Brown.
Even though the band was no longer together, they made sure to stay in touch and reunite from time to time. This is evident in the picture above as Brown and Etheredge joined Bell and his wife to celebrate their anniversary.
In the photo, Etheredge looked gorgeous in a white camisole paired with a white blazer over a light blue pair of jeans and accessorized with a two-layered chain necklace and a lime green baseball cap.
BOBBY BROWN AND ALICIA ETHEREDGE
The couple has been good friends from their teenage years, with Etheredge attending Bobby's first wedding in 1992. However, romantic sparks began to emerge in their relationship in 2009 after Etheredge became a member of Brown's management team.
By this time, Brown was already estranged from his first wife, Houston. Etheredge and Brown then got engaged in 2010 and exchanged vows on June 18, 2012.
Brown and Etheredge have welcomed three children: a son, Cassius Brown, born May 30, 2009, and daughters, Bodhi Jameson Rein Brown and Hendrix Estelle Sheba Brown, born July 9, 2015, and July 21, 2016, respectively.
Even though Brown was known as a bad boy, with Etheredge, he seemed to be a changed man. After all the ups and downs, Brown found peace in her, and they both believe they're in sync with each other.
Besides having fun in their union, having the same values is important for both of them. Having faith and the same beliefs have also helped to strengthen their relationship. They said,
"We believe in the same thing, we're spiritual. We don't choose a religion, we choose to believe in a higher power."
Brown also found real love and happiness with Etheredge. He claims that she is his muse and what he needs in life to transition to the next level of the man he will be. She is his everything!
BOBBY BROWN'S KIDS
Bobby was previously married to Whitney Houston, whom he met in 1989 at the Soul Train Music Awards. In 1991, they turned from friends to lovers and got married on July 18, 1992. They had their firstborn Bobbi Kristina Brown in March 1993.
In addition, he had three more children from his past relationships. He had his first child, Landon Brown, born June 22, 1986, to Melika Williams.

He went on to have two other children, La'Princia Brown (born September 17, 1990) and Bobby Brown Jr. (born November 26, 1992) with Kim Ward.
On July 26, 2015, his daughter Bobbi Kristina died at 22 after six months in a coma. She was found unconscious in her bathroom on January 31 of the same year.
The cause of death was said to be lobar pneumonia, and drugs were found in her system. A new drama arose on November 18, 2020, as Bobby Brown Jr., his then 28-year-old son, was found dead in his house.
Bobby Brown Jr. died from consuming a deadly cocktail of alcohol, cocaine, and the powerful opioid fentanyl. Brown lost his ex-wife, daughter, and son within eight years, all due to drugs.
In an exclusive with "Red Table Talk," Brown and his wife Etheredge sat down with Jada Pinkett Smith, Willow Smith, and Adrienne Banfield-Norris to talk. He said,
"Losing him was very, very unexpected, just like losing my daughter. We were just in the studio two nights before."
Then talked about the death of Brown Jr., the toll it took, and how it affected their lives, especially that of their son Cassius. The couple said they turned to therapy to find the best way to explain to Cassius how his older brother died.

HIS LATE DAUGHTER AND EX-WIFE
After the death of his daughter, Brown founded the Bobbi Kristina Serenity House in her honor. The non-profit organization offers resources and education about domestic violence via its website.
Their goal is to help educate women and men of all ages by creating a 24-hour crisis intervention line and emergency transitional shelter.
The house is committed to making sure people are empowered, teaching them to regain power within rather than seeking approval and power from outside sources.

While speaking on the "Red Table Talk," Brown revealed what he would have said to Houston if she were still alive. He would have told her that she is definitely missed in his spirit and heart.
Their love was strong for each other even though they struggled hard as a couple. She was his friend, mother of his child, one of the greatest entertainers he has ever met, and one of the greatest voices the world has ever witnessed.
