Chrishell Stause Lost Some Weight after Her Painful Divorce
Chrishell lost weight while going through a hard time – her divorce from her ex-husband, actor Justin Hartley. Her "Selling Sunset" co-star Mary Fitzgerald shared that Chrishell had joked she got to her goal weight after her divorce.
Season 3 of "Selling Sunset" brought attention to Chrishell's breakup with Hartley. According to Fitzgerald, Chrishell remained positive despite being heartbroken. She also praised her co-star for never speaking ill about her ex-husband.
Fitzgerald added that Chrishell never played the victim and always looked on the bright side of every situation. She recalled Chrishell would joke around, saying:
"She’s [Chrishell] like, 'Well, I guess one thing that comes from heartbreak and divorce is getting to my goal weight!'"
Fans of the popular show noticed her weight loss and expressed their thoughts on social media. One concerned fan remarked on Twitter that the reality star was already skinny before losing more weight.
'Dancing with the Stars' Helped Chrishell to Transform Her Physique
During her dance journey on "Dancing With the Stars," Chrishell became fitter. She was thrilled to see that all of her work for the show had given her legs more muscle definition.
In an interview, she excitedly revealed how surprised she was to see a new strand of muscle on the back of her leg one day while shaving. She added that even though she ran track all through high school, she had never seen her leg muscles so clearly defined.
In another interview, Chrishell said that getting "the dancer bod" was the best thing about her dancing experience. She liked the idea that people who danced naturally got fit without trying.
But she admitted that all of the training for the show had made her muscles feel like ground meat. It was all worth it for her, though. She may not have won on the show, but it helped her get in better shape.
Chrishell Stause Maintains an Intensive but Balanced Workout Routine
Amidst her busy careers as a TV personality, real estate agent, and book author, Chrishell manages to squeeze workouts into her daily life. High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a part of her rigorous and well-rounded fitness routine.
Keeping fit doesn't stop Chrishell from eating other foods she likes.
Chrishell uses this method with the help of athlete Ocho, her trainer and the founder of the Los Angeles gym Power 8. Ocho said the TV star's training week varies, especially given her hectic schedule.
But HIIT is one of the best ways for the reality star to burn fat and build muscle at the same time, Ocho said. Chrishell's HIIT workouts also include weight training and plyometrics. The weight training includes plyometrics and exercises with heavy weights.
This routine keeps Chrishell's body moving all the time, which keeps her from gaining weight while allowing her to get stronger. Chrishell makes sure that her exercise routine is well-rounded by doing a lot of Pilates.
She does Pilates once or twice a week to stretch her muscles and help them recover. By doing this low-impact activity, she can rest and relax while still making progress in her training, Ocho said.
To maintain her fitness progress, Chrishell keeps up a strict workout routine even when she is on vacation. She once shared an Instagram post of herself working out on the beach with some old-looking exercise equipment.
The TV star's trainer said staying in shape requires effort and consistency, and Chrishell has done what she needs to ensure her diet fits her active lifestyle.

Aside from pasta, she also enjoys eating fish, sushi, and pizza. Chrishell Stause also makes little tweaks to her favorite recipes to make them healthier while maintaining their delicious taste.
The TV star said she was a vegetarian for a long time, but she no longer considers herself one as she enjoys meat and would try to "eat with a conscience."
She admitted she has a sweet tooth and loves to enjoy her favorite desserts, such as strawberry shortcake and pineapple upside-down cake. She also enjoys moderate drinking, such as wine and cocktails.
