In November 2020, Romeo Miller and Drew Sangster made their relationship Instagram official. Alongside a thread of heartwarming photos featuring Sangster, Miller revealed they had spent Thanksgiving together.

Miller reportedly once spoke about his romance with Sangster on his Fox Soul's "The Mix" podcast. The singer revealed getting into a meaningful relationship took time.
