The singer-songwriter was even seen holding his mobile phone's torchlight at one point to master the strokes. As Kimberly flaunted her colorful nails toward the end of the video, she shared her hubby's comment as in-lay text, which read:
"I can do more on the other hand if you want?"
The clip concluded with the actress hiding her face behind her hand while contemplating how to respond to her husband's offer. The couple's fans flooded Kimberly's comments section with mixed views.
While some lauded Brad for his artistic skills, others seemed somewhat skeptical and used sarcasm to get their point across. A few fans also remembered when the "Remind Me" singer dyed his wife's hair during the COVID-19 lockdown period.
Three years ago, in April 2020, Kimberly shared a video of her husband's "new gig," where he was seen getting handy with applying color to her hair. Her followers were quick to draw similarities between the two videos, with many finding Brad's gesture cute. One user wrote:
"First hair dye and now nails...for your own safety, I'm going to go ahead and say hide the home waxing kit 😂😂😉."
Another commenter stated, "I love my husband, but I would never let him do my nails." While talking to "The Boot" about the secret behind staying together for so long, Brad said he and Kimberly shared a healthy sense of humor.
The "She's Everything" singer noted how his wife helped him bounce back whenever he took himself too seriously. Brad added that he and Kimberly had similar perspectives and used wit to survive complex situations. He also advised people to let go of pretension before settling down.
How Brad Fell for Kimberly While Having a Girlfriend
Brad fell deeply, madly, and truly in love with his future life partner long before they met. Before getting together in the fall of 2001, he watched her star in the 1991 movie "Father of the Bride." That was ten years ago when Brad was a budding 19-year-old musician.
He was on a date with his girlfriend, and together, they watched Kimberly make her acting debut in the film. Four years later, in 1995, the sequel was released, and by then, 23-year-old Brad had left Glen Dale, West Virginia, and moved to Nashville, Tennessee.

A lot had changed in his life since then—his girlfriend reportedly dumped him for his best friend. Still a mess, Brad went to watch "Father of the Bride II" alone and was instantly smitten with Kimberly, who perfectly fit his "dream girl" image.
A switch flipped inside his head, and he knew he had to meet Kimberly in person. In 2002, Brad cast his lady love in the video for his song "I'm Gonna Miss Her." After two years of dating, the Grammy-winning musician proposed to Kimberly in 2003.

"I think there's no secret other than mutual respect and a sense of humor—a sense of humor can get you through so much. I keep trying to pass that along to my kids."
