Jessica Simpson Shows Endless Legs and Toned Figure Posing after 100Lbs Weight Loss
From working out, eating well, and getting enough sleep, Jessica Simpson lost 100 pounds not once, not twice, but three times. And in a recent Instagram post, the actress flaunted her fantastic body while in a SKIMS bikini.
On April 26, Simpson showed off her amazing body when she shared a mirror selfie rocking a neon green bikini from SKIMS that she paired with hot pink platform heels from her clothing line.
At 41 years old, Simpson impressed fans with her physique, as one person wrote, "And is still a BOMBSHELL." Another fan shared, "Ageless (and) beautiful, inside and out, Queen," and a third commented, "You look fantastic, as always."
After welcoming her third child, Simpson embarked on her third weight loss journey, and her trainer shared, "I've kind of helped her come back after each baby... The difference between this and the other times was that she worked out, yes, but her transformation was more about what she did on her own time."
To lose the 100 pounds, Simpson would go for walks every day. The actress started with 6,000 steps a day, and before she knew it, Simpson accomplished 14,00 steps daily. Healthy eating also played a significant role in Simpson's weight loss, and she followed a diet allowing three meals and two snacks daily.
Each meal included protein, fiber, and fat, while snacks were a combo of protein and fiber or protein and fat. The mother of three would work out for 45 minutes three times a week and unplug from technology daily to ensure at least seven hours of sleep.
The "Blonde Ambition" star was also focused on her mental health during her weight loss journey and revealed that she had thrown out her scale and made a point of not weighing herself regularly. "I have no idea how much I weigh. I just want to feel good and be able to zip my pants up. If I don't, I have another size. I have every size. I've really tried my hardest to not let that define me," Simpson said.
Over the years, Jessica Simpson has not only taken care of her body but her skin too. She's used eye creams since she was a teenager and uses a cleanser to wash off her makeup. The actress also enjoys moisturizing creams, serums, and oils and uses red light therapy to obtain her youthful glow.
