Topher Grace's Wife Ashley Hinshaw Is a Star in Her Own Right
Topher Grace's wife, Ashley Hinshaw, like her husband, has been involved in many television and film productions, making the couple of nine years a genuine Hollywood couple.
Grace's established acting career has seen him involved in Hollywood over the past two decades. Between 1998 and 2006, he made 179 appearances as Eric Forman on "That 70s Show." He has recently been one of the leading talents on Hulu's comedy show "Home Economics."
Accompanying his successful career is a stable personal life that he shares with his wife, Hinshaw. They began dating in 2014 and were married two years later. The couple shares two children and has one on the way. However, the couple keeps details about their children out of the media.
Topher Grace Was Linked to Many Famous Women but Married Only Ashley Hinshaw
Around the time Grace was participating in the making of the third Spiderman movie starring Tobey Maguire and Kirsten Dunst, there were rumors of a potential romance between him and Donald Trump's oldest daughter, Ivanka Trump.
The speculation was triggered after Grace and Ivanka were reportedly seen cuddling while celebrating Ivanka's 25th birthday. The party, hosted at Las Vegas's Pure Nightclub, occurred at the end of October 2006 and was attended by some big names, including Adam Levine, Ryan Cabrera, and Chelsea Handler.
A few days before the party, the pair had dined together at the Social House restaurant and Bellagio's Fix in the company of several of their friends. Nevertheless, neither they nor their representatives confirmed any romantic links at the time, and nothing significant in terms of a love story came from their time together.
In 2018, after the talks about Grace and Trump dating surfaced, the actor opened up about their time together while speaking about his appearance alongside John David Washington and Adam Driver in "BlacKkKlansman." He recalled that the pair went out on several dates but wouldn't say that they dated.
Previously, Ivanka Trump had been spotted on several dates with formerly celebrated, now-disgraced cyclist Lance Armstrong. However, she was quick to note that the two were just friends. Eventually, she married businessman Jared Kushner in 2009, over a year or so after they began their courtship.
As for Grace, a year and a half after he was linked to Trump, the actor was in the headlines again for a new romance. In May 2008, it was reported that Grace and Minka Kelly had been spotted engaging in some PDA while they shared a pie at the Stonefire Pizza Co. in Los Angeles. Again, nothing more came out of the rumors.
Around 2011, there was speculation of another potential love story between Grace and Teresa Palmer after they co-starred in the romantic drama "Take Me Home Tonight" that year. As with the two previous women, the fire on this one quickly fizzled out too.
The tables turned in 2014 when Grace began dating Hinshaw. The lovers got stuck in love this time and were engaged within a year. They tied the knot in 2016 in an intimate wedding ceremony in Montecito, California.
Ashley Hinshaw Is a Star in Her Own Right - All We Know About Her Career
Born on December 11, 1988, in La Porte, Indiana, Hinshaw entered the world of showbiz as a teenager when she moved to New York to pursue careers in modeling and acting. Her first taste of professional modeling was in national campaigns for brands such as Abercrombie & Fitch.
In 2009, she debuted in a TV series with a one-episode appearance as Blonde in "Fringe." That has been followed by several more TV series appearances, many of which were single-episode cameos. However, she did have extended runs in "StartUp" and "The Arrangement," with six and seven episodes, respectively.
Hinshaw's career in film has also been relatively successful, even though she hasn't managed to become a leading actress in Hollywood. Perhaps her most telling contribution to the industry was when she led a cast including Dev Patel and James Franco in the 2012 drama, "About Cherry."
After 29 films and television shows, Hinshaw's acting career seems to be in a prolonged hiatus as she last appeared on screen in 2018 in a short film, "Hunter Gatherer." In June 2022, she announced that she had graduated from California State University with a Bachelor's degree after spending five years trying to complete it.
Ashley Hinshaw and Topher Grace Are Parents, but You Won't See Their Kids’ Photos on Social Media
Hinshaw and Grace had at least one big event to celebrate from 2014 to 2017. After becoming acquainted in 2014, the pair got engaged in 2015 and married in 2016. In 2017, they reached another milestone as they welcomed their first child.
News of a child began spreading after they were photographed on their way to lunch on July 15, 2017, with a baby bump noticeable. Shortly after, Hinshaw confirmed the news via her Instagram: "When you're 6 ½ months pregnant, and someone else does your hair/makeup/wardrobe."
Their first child, Mabel Jane, was born on November 1, 2017. Three years later, the family of three became four as Hinshaw and Grace welcomed their second child. Although the actress was spotted with a baby bump in January 2020, news of the birth was only revealed in 2021.
In September 2022, it was reported that Hinshaw and Grace were expecting baby number three. The actor revealed the news on "The Kelly Clarkson Show" and added that the couple was excited and praised his wife, saying, "And I'd like to take this moment on national TV to say how beautiful and amazing she is."
