Inside Jennifer Lopez & Ben Affleck’s $60.8 Million Mansion with 15 Fireplaces
After a nearly two-year quest for their perfect home and living in the singer's old home, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have at last discovered their real estate paradise.
In a cash transaction, Jennifer Lopez and her beau Ben Affleck parted with $60,850,000 to secure their vast estate nestled high in the Beverly Hills mountains.
The celebrity couple snapped up the five-acre Wallingford Estate promontory in Beverly Hills, California at a bargain compared to its original $135 million asking price.

The property, restored by the famed Los Angeles spec developer Gala Asher, spans an impressive 38,000 square feet of air-conditioned living area.
A hedge-enclosed, gated entrance unveils this two-story marvel that retains a feeling of tranquil exclusivity despite being a stone's throw from the Beverly Hills Hotel and other local hotspots.
The sprawling estate leaves nothing to be desired, offering a total of 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, and 15 fireplaces, catering to every need that might arise.
The property's key features include a record-setting 155-foot infinity-edge pool with a canyon panorama, a contemporary living room equipped with a fireplace and sliding glass doors opening onto a sunbathing deck, and an expansive yard primed for luxurious summer events or laid-back barbecues.
Also nestled within the estate is an indoor sports complex complete with a boxing ring, gym amenities, basketball, and pickleball courts, a clear viewing gallery, a sports bar equipped with a video wall, and lounges situated indoors and outdoors for unwinding with guests after a friendly competition.

With a 10-car garage and space for 80 additional vehicles, parking is ample. Other facilities include a 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, a caretaker's residence, and a two-bedroom guardhouse.
As soon as the deal was sealed, Lopez and Affleck immediately began moving into their new home, creating a lively atmosphere with their belongings stacked in the driveway, amid furniture, paintings, rugs, and a sea of moving boxes.
After marrying in 2022, Affleck listed his Pacific Palisades bachelor pad for close to $30 million and relocated to live with his new wife and her twins, Max and Emme Muniz, in the meantime. Lopez made a similar move in February and reportedly sold her Bel-Air home for a substantial $42.5 million.
