'The Heat Index Just Went Up 1000 Degrees': Chris Meloni's Socks Ad Had Swooning Fans Watch It Repeatedly
Chris Meloni does not like people working out shirtless in the gym, but all bets, shirts, and pants are off at his home gym. This has been a good exercise for his latest ad filmed in the buff.
"Should I feel shame for how many times I've watched this?" a comment liked over 600 times read under Chris Meloni's post with his new campaign with a sock company.
In the clip, the "Law & Order: Organized Crime" star goes about his morning routine only wearing socks with his private parts blurred out. "Happy July 3 Freedom Feet Day from @tommiecopper #anewTraditionbegins," he captioned.
"Whoever blurred those buns should lose their job!" a fan demanded. In an issue of Men's Health, the actor joked about the cultural moment his behind was having on social media.
"I may or may not have just watched this 5 times.... the heat index just went up 1000 degrees!!!" one admitted. "How many times did you watch this.... Me: ’yes,'" another conceded.
"Round of applause for these companies continuing to make ads with Chris nude," an admirer proposed. Last July, the actor appeared in a nude advert to promote the Peloton App on National Nude Day.

In the video, he does his exercise routine, including a jog in the park, completely naked. Ryan Reynolds' company Maximum Effort is the creative force behind the first nude ad.
His pet peeve is when people do not pack away the weights.
Meloni sparked the fascination with his naked form when he told a men's magazine about his habit of exercising in the nude at his home gym.

Sherman Williams, the "Veep" scene stealer's wife, is not okay with this habit as the windows are not blacked out. Sometimes she joins him for a workout, but mainly his sessions double as alone time.
The "serious" gym bunny does not abide by others' gym etiquette, preferring one-on-one sessions with a personal trainer over group sessions.
His pet peeve is when people do not pack away the weights. The self-proclaimed OCD actor has called out people for failing to do so and has neatened the equipment himself in the past.
A light workout for Chris Meloni sees him doing box jumps, pull-ups, and a move he ominously calls "the saw" for 80 minutes. For the star who works out in the buff, exercise is his "therapy" and "church."
